I joined the girlfriend and her siblings for her brothers birthday at this location, never again for any occasion. Our server brought us to our table for four guests, there were only three chairs, to me that says very unprepared and unprofessional with the solution provided to us... steal one from another reserved table and we will fix that table later, in which they didn't, I watched the next group of gentlemen have the same issue I did at the table I was directed to take a chair from. We sat for 20 minutes before we had to wave our server down to ask for drink orders. And when she did bring the drinks, she forgot one of the beers which isn't hard when only 2 drinks are ordered LMAO. Also, again... we had to wave her down for every drink refill, waited almost an hour before asking if the four of us can order food now. Now the real let down in today's customer service, they charge what there menu states on back cover of menu... $5 for entertainment fee per person which isn't a bad COVER CHARGE for the entertainment provided, even though you couldn't hear yourself think let alone talk to anyone at your table, but when the bill comes, they charge an extra $10 per person. I approached our server with the discrepancy and her answer was "hehe its an old menu" soooo that $10 per person is what you have to pay. I tried having the introductory level of "customer service conversation" with her but she was still insisting on making there mistake and misinformation the customers problem. With no wiggle room from there staff, we were all left no choice to pay this unexpected larger fee which the server can use for her tip as she was not allotted any more than what the bill noted. Despite the provocative and classy belly dancing... me or my family will not return.

So many incredible discoveries on this trip! I've been wanting to try Kunefe (Knafeh) for years and I'm so glad I finally did! But also the Toum (garlic sauce), Ayran (drink), the mass amounts of meats in different marinades, and the Turkish coffee were all stellar! When we got there at 7 and the place was empty we got worried. But when a group got turned away because the restaurant was fully booked, we all got excited. Obviously this is a repeat crowd that knows the standards, because by 745 the place was packed and everyone was singing and dancing along in their seats! Cigar Borek (spiced cheese spring rolls) - 8.5/10 - a well seasoned and spiced cheese - the only downside is we only ordered 1 plate for the 5 of us Ayran - 9.5/10 - described as a yoghurt soda with salt and parsley, this is why you have to trust the chef. This was phenomenal, tasted like a drinkable tzatziki, and went perfectly with the meal Kebab Platter - Adana 8.5/10 (spicy minced meat), Urfa 8/10 (minced meat), Chicken 9.5/10, Beef 8.5/10, Lamb 8.5/10, Lamb Chops 10/10 (incredible!), Chicken Breast 7.5/10. The platter said feeds 4, it could easily serve 6 Turkish Coffee - 8.5/10 Kunefe - 9.5/10 - shredded Philo with a cheesy filling and a rose water syrup. This was the reason I came here, and it didn't disappoint! Food - 8.8/10 Plating - 8.5/10 Ambiance - 10/10 - fun music, lovely atmosphere, beautiful decor. One of our group said "it felt like we were invited to a family wedding" Overall - 9.1/10 Places like these are why I love the Lower Mainland! You feel completely immersed in whatever culture or cuisine you're wanting, and it's almost always an incredibly fun and eye-opening experience. I will absolutely be back and will be recommending it to everyone!

During my first (and definitely last) visit to "Noon & Reyhoon," I ordered the Loghme Kebab, which was supposed to include two skewers of kebab with rice and sides. While the rice and sides were average in taste, one of the kebabs was overly salty, which detracted from the overall enjoyment of the meal. This was particularly disappointing since the meal was advertised as including two kebab skewers, yet one was not prepared properly. Furthermore, the rice lacked flavor, and despite having something that looked like saffron seasoning, it did not taste like it. To make matters worse, customers were required to pay an entrance fee of $15 per person to eat inside the restaurant, without any mention of this in their advertising. However, I was disappointed to find out that dine-in was not an option due to the entire dining room being fully reserved for another restaurant's customers (Saray). These policies were not commensurate with the mid-level status of the restaurant and further detracted from the overall dining experience. Overall, I believe that "Noon & Reyhoon" needs to improve their food preparation and seasoning to ensure consistency and quality across all menu items. Clear communication of restaurant policies is also essential to providing a positive dining experience for customers. I hope that the restaurant takes these issues seriously and addresses them to improve the dining experience for their customers in the future.

💐We were there on Saturday to celebrate my hubby birthday. We wanted to eat Turkish food and looking for a good quality restaurant. My husband n me are watching Turkish dramas dubbed in Urdu and looking forward to travel to Istanbul next year , inshallah. My husband told me there is one restaurant "Saray Turkish Cusine " and we can go there . I searched and saw there was live music n belly dance on Friday and Saturday, Sunday. I called and booked traditional seating sofa set and told my husband about reservation. Now , from here my story starts, I started to read reviews as this is my habit to know a place before we go , reviews were mix of good n bad memories and honestly I was little worried coz this was my hubby's big day. We went there and got very warm welcome by server. Restaurant was beautiful, full of public, I was so excited to see Turkish community, in my country Pakistan everyone is watching their dramas , and that is the reason their Tourism industry in on full boom , so you may imagine how much exited and happy we were . We got Server by name Heni ,cute girl , and she got our order and our order was exactly what we are watching in drama so we told her about our excitement that we love to taste those items 😀 She was super nice and told us food will be served within 20 to 25 mins and trust me it was on time my husband ate Addana kabobs, and he really liked their food, I was eating Manti and we were so happy as food was delicious and spice were too good. I enjoyed Turkish coffee with Baklava and hubby took tea what I ordered later for myself too 😁 Singer was absolutely amazing and belly dancer was a masterpiece. I seen first time in my life and it was amazing 👏 Who complains $10 to watch , pls try to say nice things what you were enjoying by sitting there, that is also a noble act to do ,say thanks if you was happy....🙏Donna was also assisted us ,such a smiling lady and very professional⚘ I want to add on one thing if Owner can make it change , on weekend there should be more severing staff ,I recommend , like let's pull the string together ❤ But all good , looking forward to come again and I told my pakistani community that they should go there and try their food , also shared belly dance on facebook and still people enjoying.💃🎸 Thanks...

One of the worst dining experiences I've had in a very long time. We came to celebrate a friends birthday. It was a large group and I felt bad for the server who should have been helped by the manager who just stood at the front most of the time. The service was quite slow and food was bland and the dolmas were the saltiest I've ever tasted. We had 4 tables and the food came out 45 minutes apart. One person at our table had to cancel the order because we had finished our meals before hers was even served. We asked for ice on several occasions and were told there was none. We were also informed that we had 1 choice for beer or white or red wine. We noticed martini glasses hanging at the bar but they must just be for decoration. There were no options or prices listed on the menu for the liquor. I was quite shocked to find out that the sub-par wine that we ordered was $15 glass. Saray Turkish Cuisine is not some 5 star restaurant in Yaletown - at least you know what you're getting when you go there and you have options.

When I spoke to manager asking about the wine price he claimed it was imported from Turkey and refused to show the bottle that they poured from. The manager was quite condescending and patronizing. There are far better Turkish restaurants in the lower mainland and they will have my business. As for the entertainment, we were told there would be belly dancers but there were none. There was a singer and she was good but it was extremely loud. We couldn't even hear each other speak, even though we were sitting inches from each other. My partner has worked in the hospitality industry for 15 years and neither one of us have experience such poor management and execution for a restaurant such as this. We love supporting local mom and pop shops and restaurants but the level of service we received was...
