Subway — Restaurant in Burnaby

I’m writing this review because I think it’s important for businesses to know when they have good stuff when I came in last night just before closing with my boyfriend we were greeted by Gurleen and even though we were coming in just before closing, some places, they don’t react well when you come in so late, but she was very friendly and kind greeting us with a smile She was very patient with us while we decided what we wanted on our sandwiches. Not only was she’s super quick and efficient when it came to making our sandwiches but she overheard me and my boyfriend talking about what and start getting it ready for him but when he had questions about sauce and stuff, she was very informative about like what was exactly in the sauces to give him an idea of the taste giving really good recommendations about what kind of sauces would go really well with his sandwich There was three of us in the store at that time and she was able to get all of us run through the till within about 15 I work in customer service, and I have never seen service this good in a fast food restaurant she was so kind and so knowledgable and really paid attention and listen to us. I recently visited your place and really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. I had a veg sandwich, and everything was great until I had an issue at the counter. The staff member, Mahak (if I got her name right), didn’t seem very helpful when I asked her to speak with us in Punjabi or Hindi. She was talking to her coworkers in Punjabi, so it felt strange that she couldn’t accommodate the request.
