ZERO STARS! I moved away from Canada for some years and coming back could not believe how disgusting and chaotic the service at Tim’s has become. These people don’t give a crap about what people actually pay to order. They do what’s quickest for them to beat the timer they have for drive thru. If you want a bagel double toasted? Forget it. You want a bagel cut in half? YOU HAVE TO ASK??!! I asked for it cut because now they never do (literally never, she even typed in a special request for it to be cut) and I asked “So since when do you not cut food in half?” Her response was “oh no sorry the standards at Tim Hortons has changed. You have to ask for it cut”. I replied “really? Cause we just drove from two hours north and I asked that Timmies for a bagel cut in half because you guys never do it and she told me everyone should be doing it” her response was “well sorry this location we don’t”. Tim Hortons himself would be rolling in his grave if he knew what Tim Hortons has become. It’s an absolute joke and this location is THE WORST. Liars, rude. Please Timmie’s, save your company. These people are single-handedly destroying Tim Hortons. This location and also the Tim’s in Erin, Ontario is by far the worst I’ve ever seen. Please educate or re-train. It’s unfair to the people spending money at these establishments. Do better. And save the generic...

THEY ARE CLOSED UNTIL WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 21st!! I used to have a 5 star review on here because they are honestly the best Tim's around! Its 11:30am on a Saturday morning and they are closed. No mention online about it being closed! We drove in and saw the drive thru absolutely packed so we tried to go in...the dining is temporarily closed. We waited in the drive thru line for about 15 minutes as everyone is honking and we dont know what's going on. They closed the drive thru too!!! Nothing used to block off the drive thru. They just made about 30 cars(that I witnessed) waste gas and time. We were all VERY ANGRY. If your going to close for a weekend...let people know about it!!! They probably got in trouble for allowing about 20 people inside their restaurant a few days prior to this(not impressed)! They messed up our order in the drive thru so we were forced to go inside. There were atleast 20 people in there, none of which were standing 6 feet apart. I litterally had to push my way through! Someone must have called and complained. Now they are probably under...

Extremely worst drive through service at night…The night staff was so judgemental…when we entered drive through , there was one car and it took more than 15 minutes to ordered and then took another 20 minutes to completed…when I entered inside and requested for use curb-side or in store pickup options for long wait time orders, she said, we can’t do anything just wait…the one who ordered not at all giving option to exit others and no one behind his car…while receiving our order , we asked why taking this much time at drive through??? she mentioned couple of times , it’s a $50 value order of course it’s very important for us and laughed at me…then why you taking my orders…just reject first place because you valued only high paying customers…I just wondering if someone order $200, the remaining customers just halt the car for half day in drive through..If @TimHortons don’t care about small customers then why are you taking our orders…? she supposed to let us know about the wait time so we can choose better options instead of...

Very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. At the drive-through, my order never showed up on the screen — I was waiting to confirm it, but the lady just told me to drive up instead. Because of that, the order got messed up. I had ordered one medium steep tea (triple triple), one vanilla creamy chill (medium), one ice cap (small), and one iced coffee (small). Instead, I was given two vanilla creamy chills (medium), an ice cap (medium), and an iced coffee (medium). When I checked the bill, it came to around $20, which was way too high for what I ordered. After I questioned it, they refunded one vanilla creamy and one iced coffee, but then still recharged me for the vanilla iced coffee. The whole process was confusing and frustrating. To make it worse, the cashier seemed upset when I asked for the bill, which made the experience unpleasant. This location really needs to improve both accuracy and customer service.

This tim hortons is ABSOLUTELY disgusting. First off, the lady at the first window forgot to punch in our timbits, so then we brushed it off and reordered at the other window. Then we check our bags of food and realized one of our items is missing? We ask about it and she said she put it in but we did not get the item and had to show her our bag until she realized she completely forgot it. Her attitude was completely unnecessary especially considering the fact that she messed up our order and forgot an item that was right in front of her. Then as I am eating one of the timbits I find that ONE OF THE TIMBITS IS ALREADY BITTEN? ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! As you think it couldn’t get worse, I go to drink my French vanilla and find a HAIR on the lid. Absolutely disgusting service,food and completely unhygienic. 12-25-2024 02:46:24 PM

The service was very disrespectful. My wife and I ordered two breakfast sandwich combos, but the lady in the back made our orders wrong (wrong bagel). My wife took it back and advised of same. When she got the correct bagel, there was no butter on which she originally ordered. She told the employee that there was no butter on it, and the lady snatched it from ger hand. The disrespect! My wife yelled, "don't give me attitude."The employee returns the bagel with butter caked on it. My wife had to use tissue to remove it. It looks like during the renovation of the premises that they added apartments and ineffeicient moral human beings who live in the above apartments. The unprofessional employees come downstairs from the above apartment to work in the restaurant to give the most horrible service. We will never return.

The service was very disrespectful. My wife and I ordered two breakfast sandwich combos, but the lady in the back made our orders wrong (wrong bagel). My wife took it back and advised of same.
