I recently visited your restaurant and it left me with mixed feelings. The food quality was impressive, boasting delicious flavors and satisfying portion sizes. However, the overall dining experience was tainted by subpar customer service, notably from a server who had distinct tribal marks.
Let's begin with the positives. The menu offered a variety of dishes, and I was particularly impressed by the generous portion sizes. I got the beef Suya, Jollof rice and chicken with coleslaw. Flavor was awesome. I was truly excited to try something different hence my reason for patronizing this business.
Unfortunately, the standout issue was the customer service. Our server, seemed disengaged and indifferent throughout our meal. Requests for additional condiments or drink refills were met with delayed responses and minimal effort. Before serving our main course the gentleman didnt even take the first plate. He stacked the second on top. We had to ask for cutlery and napkins. I ordered a second serving of suya which took forever. Id ask to cancel and he immediately started talking with a angry tone and said he would send his manager. The manager insisted we take it or the server would need to pay out of pocket. Never have I ever heard anything like this in the service industry. The overall response was dismissive and lacked professionalism.
In addition to the service concerns, the ambiance could benefit from some adjustments. The music was too loud for comfortable conversation, detracting from the dining experience. Turning down the volume a notch would greatly enhance the overall atmosphere.
Lastly, I believe it's essential for businesses to tailor their customer service to cater to diverse demographics. Ignoring the importance of providing respectful and attentive service to all patrons can ultimately lead to dissatisfaction and potential loss of business.
While the food and portion sizes were commendable at this restaurant, the lackluster customer service and loud music detracted from what could have been a more enjoyable experience. Addressing these concerns, including training staff to prioritize respectful service and adjusting the music volume, would significantly elevate the overall dining experience. I stress yet again prioritizing customer service would greatly benefit a business such as this. We cannot behave as if people are begging for food when clearly we are paying more than is necessary for rice and chicken. You need people to keep your doors open. I will not return because of that gentleman and I won't be recommending this place to anyone. That guy...

I saw 360 grill on google. I wasn't expecting this restaurant to be Nigerian cuisine but when I saw the menu, I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the options on the menu and the branding of the restaurant. The price looked steep but I thought i'd give it a try.
I've eaten at and ordered food from 360 twice now. Last time, I ordered Jollof rice with beef and the picture below is what i received. Jollof with 3 small pieces of beef for $30. Fellow Indian and Chinese restaurants charge between $11 - $20 for their speciality rice dishes such as fried rice or biriyani. Charging 50% markup for comparatively less quantity of rice and beef seems like a gouge.
Another issue with ordering through Uber eats... we were notified that our order was ready. Got to the restaurant 10 mins after the specified pick up time and had to wait at least another 10 mins before the order was ready again and no, the restaurant wasn't busy at that time. Perhaps it's a one off but high prices come with high customer expectations. I order from other restaurants frequently and they are pretty timely with their estimated pick up time.
I don't want to make this review super lengthy, but I saw a previous review about servers not checking up on customers after they've ordered... I experienced this too. For such a high price again, you'd expect that you wouldn't have to get up and look for your waiter because they haven't brought some of your order because 30 mins have gone by with no update or check in.
When I dined in at 360, I didn't stay long enough to see the restaurant turn into a dance club but I've heard it does. That's cool and the music they played while i dined in was great. There was a dj present.
Running a business is hard. As a fellow Nigerian, I am rooting for 360 to succeed because I love the restaurant, bar, dance club vibes. I'm here for it. But, prices need to be fair as well. As a customer, I don't plan to continuously patronize a business that I feel gouges me. Please review your prices with comparative restaurants and increase the quality of customer...
Read moreIf I could give a zero star I would because that's what this restaurant deserves. The first point of experience should be customer service, however this restaurant lacks it. I was there with my family and the tables reeked of dirt and leftovers that couldn't be cleaned for the next customers after use for about 15 minutes! I called the attention of the attendants to the disgusting sights yet they were dismissive and rude not only to me but to some other customers which I witnessed. Of course, we left immediately and did not proceed with dining as such environment felt toxic and disrespectful. I sent a message to the management to address this issue but no response. Your customer service unit and management generally need an overhaul to be able to meet quality standard of serving the general public. Y'all @360 Grill and Lounge need to do better! More than half of your online reviews are terrible, you need better representatives to address this issue urgently before the right authorities such as the AHS Public Heath Inspector visits your place. Don't endanger the health of the public with a dirty environment and below par food service. You are a business owner in Calgary and should be responsibly accountable by striving towards making a change. This is a call to action. Please, do better! Update: A reply to your response. You are such a liar! Your Attendant sat us at a dirty table and another family as well on the next dirty table while we waited for such sites to be cleaned! In his words “just sit down, they will come and clean the table” in such a lackadaisical manner. You all need to fix yourselves rather than come online to be defensive with lies. I guess the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree, dishonest owner recruiting unruly employees. I would rather dedicate my spare time to meaningful engagements rather than go talk to a management that lacks responsibility and...
