Responding to reply: I'm not sure what the purpose of the "managements" reply was to my feedback since it does nothing to rectify the ongoing gong show at this location. The owner doesn't care about standard hygiene practices as it's always dirty in the store, and the appearance of the employees does little to help that image. Each and every visit I've had to this location has been horrendous and regretful: on one occasion, I got the banana split and it was like soup, the consistency and flavor were so strange that I threw it out immediately. It wasn't even like it had melted, it just had an unusual consistency, look, and taste, so gross. The owner/manager should actually do something about this location to turn things around given how poorly it is rated and the level of customer dissatisfaction rather than just posting "copy and pasted" automated replies.
This location is awful. I've given it more than enough chances just because distance-wise it's super convenient but I've definitely opted for a further route to find a better location; the Hamptons one and/or Symons Valley as their dessert quality is much better. The last few times I've ordered it's been flavorless and just tastes like fake ice cream and it's really lackluster quality, so...
Read moreMy wife Ordered 2 blizzards and a basket of onion rings from this location for my kids, and there was barely any Oreo and basket of onion rings was light compared to the country hill location. Talked to a girl named “Preet” that said they follow Dairy Queen standards but it’s been the first time I’ve seen 2 bags instead of 3 in a large onion ring while lying almost $8 for a basket.. I don’t think any Dairy Queen follows Dairy Queen standard but follows the area and customers standards while up the street country hills is you get your monies worth.. after reading google comments you can see ownership has change and current owner ship is doing a very poor job in customer service and food quality… I would highly suggest to just drive an extra 2 mins to the DQ up the street, I wasn’t asking for anything free as this was the 3rd time we saw our food wasn’t up to the DQ standard and I decided to call and the women “Preet” who said wasn’t the manager started acting like the manager over the phone… any ways I say avoid this place at all costs! Drive up the street for better service and quality of food and your Monies worth!…… and I don’t need a DQ apology on here as well I would hire some new staff or get management to step up and not...
Read moreMaybe I am a little over excited to be out by myself but man oh man this beats just having a coffee alone in my car. This place is hopping busy between walk ins and skip the dishes but that makes me happy because that means the business is doing well. I just want to give a shout out to the employees. They were all very friendly and kind to me with their interactions. I wish I had been given more than one ketchup packet for my fries but usually I don't use ketchup so really I can't complain. I ordered my dessert via the skip app for pick up because their was a long line. It didn't give me the same order number as them but I showed them my phone and they made it quickly for me, flipped upside down with a smile. I even had a moment to chat and say thank you to a skip driver for working and helping keep the rest of us sane during these times! I needed this little outing. You want a tasty burger and/or ice cream. Come here! Or try the delivery via skip! The royal...
