We ordered our burgers in the drive through and had to make a correction to the sauces we wanted as my husband mistakenly only asked for mayo and mustard on my plant based burger when I actually just wanted no uncle sauce, I corrected him and he communicated that to the drive through attendant. That being said, my husband very clearly ordered a plant based burger with no uncle sauce and then his teen burger. When we received the bag, we noticed on the receipt that it was put through as an uncle burger. We let the drive through workers know about the mistake which we werenât upset about, mistakes and miscommunications happen. However, we immediately received an attitude from one of the gentlemen and were told that we ordered the uncle burger and everyone in the restaurant heard it. I donât understand how I as a vegetarian I would have mistakenly ordered a meat burger. My husband is well aware of my dietary needs and also would not have made that mistake. I heard him very clearly and though they fixed their mistake which I was grateful for, they made a point to openly blame us and accuse us of ordering the uncle burger. That is not how you treat customers and we were appalled that we were treated that way. A simple clarification or a repeat of the order would have rectified this. Bottom line we did not deserve to be treated like we made a mistake we didnât make and we simply wonât return. After all that, even the other burgers were incorrect. Disappointing experience with this staff. Please advise and correct so that future customers are not...
Read moreLess waste!? Yeah right. I am quite disappointed with my experience here. When I first walked in everyone looked like they hated their life, and my presence was taxing for them. I was âhelpedâ by Regina and her attitude, Iâm assuming the manager on shift, and she threw a burger out from the drive through right in front of me before taking my order. My first thought is maybe someone was allergic to something that was put on there and didnât think much of it at first, other than it was sad that a fresh burger was being tossed in the garage. I asked for grilled onions on my burger and was charged extra. When I got the burger there was no grilled onions and so I brought it back to the counter and asked that they get put them on the burger I had. Regina tried telling me that they were on there when she pack it in the bag, but she wasnât even in eye sight when someone else packed my meal. So she tried to make it seem like I picked them off, and she was even about to throw out the burger I handed her just because it did have the onions I payed extra for. I was so disappointed that Regina was so ready to waste food like it was nothing. I stopped her from trashing a perfectly good burger and asked that I just get the onion on the side and walked out once I got everything I payed for. As I walked out I see a âLess Wasteâ sticker on the door and figured if that is a motto of the franchise, then Regina is not upholding the companyâs values. The food was fine, but some of the worst customer service Iâve...
Read moreThis drive-thru knows how to go above and beyond! They donât just say âHiâ they say âHi, how are you?â.
A little bit goes a long way and I truly treasure the experience of the well trained staff here. It felt heart warming to receive a meal with a respectful greeting.
The lineup had a bit of a delay, feel bad as the ambulance who arrived behind me canât pass through the driveway at this location. Although the staff here work hard, still delivered to the driver who had to walk through the drive thru late at night, and they sure deliver a warm meal with a smile.
Thank you so much for good food with fast service. I did have a minor wait about 10 minutes in my car in the driveway even though I preordered my meal, but once the cars started moving, it was rapid fire.
Mind you, if a place is so good it has a line up, Iâm sure youâd be happy to wait since people are returning successfully for such great service, the delicious taste, and the affordable pricing. Well done...
