Absolutely loved my experience at Chai Sutta Bar Discovering Chai Sutta Bar here felt like finding a slice of home. The aroma of freshly brewed tea, the warmth of kulhad (clay cups), and the cozy, desi vibes instantly transport you back to the heart of India.

I tried their Masala ginger cardamom Chai— it was absolutely on point! Perfectly spiced, full of flavor, and served piping hot in traditional kulhads. The ambiance is vibrant yet welcoming, and the staff is super friendly and passionate about the experience they’re creating.

The 4-star rating has been given just for the food. The vada pav was just yummy and bread pakoras as well. For the customer service, I would give the lowest rating as the person at the counter sounded so judgemental when I asked him if they put raw onions in bread pakoras? He answered with that look that oh they are all cooked and don’t you eat them too? I am allergic to raw onions and I feel like my personal preferences were commented upon. The food here is absolutely amazing! The kulhad chai was top-notch, and the Pakistani songs playing in the background made it such a cozy experience—I loved sipping chai while listening to them.

This place is already a great hangout spot for youngsters and groups of friends. One small suggestion: the seating area could be upgraded to match the authentic vibe of the food. Round tables with comfy couch-style chairs would really elevate the atmosphere and make it an even better place to relax and enjoy.
