Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Calgary

Placed a pizza order at 11:30am Friday. I arrived when I was supposed to at the location to pick up two pizzas, and the employee handed me one pizza box but the other pizza was still sitting in the oven. It was not a busy time of day at all, I assume the employee forgot to take the pizza out of the oven therefore the bottom of the pizza was about 30% burnt. I raised my concern, and the employee asked me “you don’t like your pizza well done?” I am not certain, but I didn’t know there was such a thing as a “well done pizza.” In the end, the pizza was remade (with less cheese), the employee’s supervisor was the one who had to deliver a reluctant apology and as compensation, the supervisor offered me the burnt pizza to take home but I politely declined. Unfortunately, this should have been a short and sweet incident wrapped up in 5 min, however because the employee was not willing to admit the pizza was burnt and deliver an apology, the incident turned into a 1/2 hour ordeal involving a supervisor which was a waste of everyone’s...

Ordered /pre-paid pizza to be delivered to a client in the NW. Shortly thereafter i receive a call from the delivery driver; very angry, stating that he left the order on the front step of a residence; claiming he rang the door bell several times, but nobody home. I asked him to confirm the address. Ends up it was incorrect. I asked if he could get the food and take it to the proper address. Upon hearing this, he goes ballistic. Yelling at me that he does not do that and that I would have to figure it out myself. I call the store and as it turns out, they wrote the address incorrectly. I get that mistakes happen, but no call, no effort on anyone's part to assist. Was a bad day overall for the Dominos franchise; as i also had a challenge with a SE location. Last time I ordered take out I was told 20 minutes so I showed up roughly 20 minutes after I placed the order... I ended up waiting for over 45 minutes once I got there and had to remind them multiple times I was still there and waiting... yes it was very busy but the lady had to tell the cooks multiple times that she needed a medium cheese pizza. Finally I got the pizza and drove home and they must have rushed it through the oven because it was definitely not cooked. I call back and the one who answered the phone was very apologetic since she new I waited for a very long time and she said she put a free pizza on my account... so today I called to use the free pizza and suprise suprise they have no record of it.
