Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Calgary

Service was great. We don't frequent Little Ceasars so the pizzas are unfamiliar to us. The front staff knew how to describe the pizzas. Young man, likely a student, but he actually seemed to care about his job and liked it. Food was good for the price. Not as cheesy as we were expecting. We got the Supreme (I think it was) with onions, pepper, pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms. Toppings were falling right off the pizza with each bite and even before the bite. Picked up a pizza 2 nights ago. Bit into a long black hair on the fifth piece. Threw the rest out after nearly gagging. Went in the next day to let them know, and all also advise that all kitchen staff should be wearing hair nets. Employee said he would tell the owner. I emailed said owner, and got crickets. Horrible customer service. My mom received burned pizza on more than one occasion. When she decided to eventually tell them about it, they were extremely rude and told her that’s how the pizza is supposed to be and did not want to do anything about it.
