My wife and I had quite a poor experience in a previous visit, where the food was lackluster, some very unsettling circumstances had arisen, and the overall ambiance was not what we had hoped for.
I made an honest review (not the 1 star, complain about every single thing style review), and was immediately contacted by Maryana, the manager, to discuss the problems. She was very attentive, and seemed sincerely concerned about ways to mitigate the issues, improve the food quality, and give patrons an overall positive experiences. She invited us back to give them a second chance, and we agreed.
We arrived and were greeted immediately at the door. Our server was very polite, and upon our request, gave us a few opinions on menu favorites and specials. We had the bruschetta and Caprese salad (a recommendation of our server) to start: both were very fresh, and all the ingredients (especially the tomatoes), tasted like they were just shipped from the grocery store just minutes before plating. The bruschetta bread was slightly heavy with quite a bit of oil, but all Italian food is heavy with quite a bit of oil lol. We both had the pizza and salad lunch special as our entrees (a lot of salad, I know, but we didn't think about it until we got the second salad. Oh well). I had the bbq chicken, and she had the prosciutto arugula. Both were perfectly fired with no under or overcooked areas, and had a great sauce to ingredient ratio. We also had the Napoli salad, which was nice and light, but a bit on the bland side; another dash of salt and it would have been perfect, but that's just being picky.
All in all, this visit was heads and tails different from the previous one, with the exception of the service, which was wonderful both times (although I would give the edge to this time around). It was great from the moment we arrived to our last steps in the restaurant, and we will definitely be coming back, thanks to Maryana, who single handedly converted 2 people who would have never set foot in the restaurant again to loyal,...
Read moreAs a regular and loyal customer, I’m very disappointed with the experience I had with my most recent order placed a couple of weeks ago. I ordered a large regular pizza and a personal sized gluten-free pizza through their online ordering system for pick up. I was charged extra for selecting the gluten-free option – which I fully expected and accepted, as I have celiac disease and cannot consume gluten.
When I got home, I noticed there was no gluten-free labelling on the box, and the crust tasted noticeably different. Concerned, I called the store immediately and the staff confirmed both pizzas were made with the regular crust. The manager apologized and offered to remake the pizza or refund me but said the refund had to be done on my end – which is incorrect. She said she’d look into it, but I never heard back.
It’s now been 2 weeks with no resolution. While I’m disappointed by the lack of response, my bigger concern is that carelessness around food safety. As someone with celiac, eating gluten- whether by mistake or oversight can have serious health consequences. Thankfully my symptoms are mild and manageable, but others may not be so fortunate. This experience has made me question how seriously your location takes dietary needs and allergens. I hope you take this feedback seriously – not just of me, but for the safety of all costumers who rely on gluten free options for...
Read moreIf I could give a negative star I would. Terrible customer service. Our server should have more training or atlease educate her on serving a table properly she needs to pay more attention to detail.
when we ordered Americano the it came with sugar and cream but with out Coffee spoon.
After ordering Appitizer we were served without any cutlery set "maybe we were expected to eat with out hands"
40 mins later we were served with the Entree. While being served "maybe" the server forgot to clean up the plates from the Appitizer so I was basically forced to clean up put the plates together and chicken wing bones together to make room for the Entree.
Again we were served with 0 Cutlery so maybe we were expected to eat the pasta with our hands.
We ordered 2 Alfredo Fettuccini with shrimp and 1 Alfredo Fettuccini with chicken 1 Lasagna. Every single pasta is DRY. Menu should be changed as per it says CREAMY....CHANGE IT TO DRY ALFREDO FETTUCCINI.
Dirty STICKY TABLE
Customers shouldn't have to ask for cutlery it should just come.
I've been to this location many times but this is far the worst service...
