Where do I begin, for starters of the Two employees that were there had absolutely zero drive and we’re as apathetic and depressed as one person can possibly be, zero Effort put into the food. Aside from that the woman I was placing my order with did not understand any English whatsoever so my order was actually taken by the employee who was seated in the booth near the counter who couldn’t even Be bothered to get off of her phone to go and assist her clearly struggling coworker who I can only assume is new based off of the quality of food I got. She may as well have thrown the ingredients On the tray and mix them up because she couldn’t roll a taco to save her life. I wish I could give a lower rating but one star is unfortunately the lowest it can go. Another note I’m from Winnipeg and I don’t have a whole lot of Authentic Mexican restaurants or taco joints To compare to the quite honestly The service and food that I received at this place makes Taco Bell look like a five-star restaurant. Food was cold, old, and Prepared in a rush even though I was the only customer there with no one else in sight. When ordering for take-out in the Quarry restaurant they charge you 15 cents for a tiny paper bag. Really don't appreciate the petty upcharge. Why stop there Mucho? Should charge your customers for the foil wrapper its in and make 30cents. Napkins can be 10cents. Another 10cents for utensils. 50cents. 100 customers you got yourself 50bucks. Interestingly the charge is non-existent on the webpage if you do an order for take-out. Explain that one. You hand the customer a foil wrapped burrito to roll around in their vehicle? Customer asks for a bag you're going to make them dig for change when they're there just to pick-up what they purchased? I won't do take out there again. This has to be the best Mucho Burrito location I have ever been to. They make the cleanest looking food with the best sized portions. All of the staff is very caring and takes well care of the food that they are putting together. I’m not too sure if it’s a family run operation, but it definitely feels that way when I see the same friendly staff all of the time. Also, guac is not made the same at all locations. This location definitely makes it the best with the highest quality avocados. I would highly recommend anyone to come and try this location. I would even go as far to say that you’re better off driving further to get to this location rather than any other.
