Edit: service since this incident has been awesome. All of the employees are pleasant, and we have had very few order mistakes. Thank you for handling this so well. We definitely appreciate the effort.
Used to have great service, however in the last few weeks we have had some less than pleasant experiences with this location. It has been the same lady each time, in the drive-thru. We have had three out of the last five orders incorrectly filled -- when we came back to get another order and mentioned this, she responded in a few different ways.
The first time, she asked us to bring the cup WITH the wrong beverage back (rather than the emptied cup we'd brought back; we didn't want to deal with having to keep it all day, and carry it around to get it back). The next time we brought the majority of the beverage back (test sip found sugar in the drink, and we dumped some so it wouldn't spill on the way back later on); this time she didn't even want it. Then again tonight, when we came back after the latest incorrect order, she asked that we bring the beverages back.
And when my mother mentioned the inconvenience of such frequent mistakes, the worker said that we should always take a sip of our drinks BEFORE we left the premises. Wow. So my mother will be trying out MY coffee when she goes? Or the four coffees/teas when we have company? Or should we be asking all of the people we are ordering for to come along?
I understand that mistakes happen, but our experiences here have been poor lately. Hope they either talk to her, or find some way to correct the bad service. I used to think all of the people working here were wonderful,...
Read moreThis is probably one of the worst Tim Hortons I've ever experienced. I've come here several times only because it's the most convenient location, and almost every time, I've had a bad experience. My boyfriend and I ordered chicken wraps here for lunch once and the chicken was so hard and tough. They always either put way too much sauce or not enough sauce. Ordering is frustrating too. We've always had to repeat ourselves several times. I will only come here if it's the last resort from now on.
Update - Came here recently to grab something quick before a roadtrip (didn't feel like driving out of the way to a better Tim Horton's). I tried to order a sausage farmers wrap but without the egg. The order taker took maybe 2-3 minutes on this one item alone. Kept asking us "sausage right? farmers wrap? no egg? sausage farmers wrap?". It was a longer order and she repeated it back to us at the end, but said "breakfast wrap" instead of farmers wrap. We corrected her saying "you have farmers wrap right? not breakfast wrap?", she said yah, she has the right order. When we got our food, SHE HAD THE WRONG WRAP. What i got was a tortilla with sausage and sauce, and none of the other stuff that came in a farmers wrap. Another time, the employee forgot to hand me a straw with my drink but just remembered as I was pulling away. Instead of saying something, he chucked the straw into my car instead. Seriously???? Read moreI don’t leave a bad review normally . There’s few things that management need to look at. First of all the employees working inside gives priority to drive thru than customers standing inside the store to order something . Being in line with 2-3 people ahead of time will take forever it happened 2-3 times already . Everyone’s just helping out the drive thru since they have a timer thing they even mentioned to me couple times already . I understand that’s important but when Tim Hortons is making millions of dollars yearly why they can’t afford to have an extra person to help out people inside . Whoever is the manager or owner is not paying attention to us .
If I have to talk about drive thru then firstly they will just keep saying at the end of each item I order that’s it that’s it means they are rushing the people in drive thru because of the timer thing they have . What’s the point of having timer when you going to just throw the debit machine on the face before even scanning the rewards . It happens all the time. They will just take out their machines and rush you to pay quickly what’s another 5 seconds going to do . Then they will keep saying debit debit all the time instead of asking how I would like to pay .
Tim Hortons should have higher standards than this . You’re not giving good customer service because of your stupid timer .its annoying and frustrating...
