Would have given 4.5 stars out of 5 but I’m not too happy about an employee. I’m not sure of the employee’s name, but I believe he might be the manager.
On multiple occasions, I’ve noticed that this individual has been a bit rude (not sure because I am a women or he does it to everyone). I usually place a mobile order 10-15 minutes in advance, and 90% of the time, it’s ready for pickup. However, there have been two instances where my order wasn’t ready, and his attitude was abrupt and unprofessional. He didn’t even apologize and instead asked, “What’s your order?” in a curt tone. I didn’t realize he was addressing me, as he was multitasking with another customer “female”. When I said my name, he demanded, “No, what is your order?” Although my order had been placed 10 minutes earlier and there was only 1 customer waiting, I chose not to complain. As I left the store, the customer walked out with me and commented, “He’s normally not friendly and doesn’t apologize for his mistakes. You should order 20-30 minutes ahead. Don’t worry he’s normally rude”.
I’ve also encountered this same employee at the drive-thru back in 2024 summer time. One time, I ordered steeped tea but received coffee instead, likely because they grabbed the wrong pot (happens a lot but I noticed because of the smell right away). When I mentioned the mistake, he insisted, “No, it’s steeped tea,” in a dismissive manner. Eventually, he said, “Okay, I’ll get you a new one,” but his tone was rude and unpleasant.
Everyone else at this location is sweet and understanding, but this particular individual is not. I think he is between 5”7 to 5”9, with short black hair and typically wears a jacket or sweater in the winter. I think he might be the manager, as I’ve seen him step in and tell his employees, “I’ll take over,” whenever there’s a customer issue.
Again, great location and 95% of the staff is great but that...
Read moreI’ve been a loyal customer at this Tim Hortons (Country Hills & Nose Hill Dr) for over 2 years, often stopping by 4 times a day. Unfortunately, today I had one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful experiences I’ve ever encountered, and it happened in the drive-thru.
While placing my order, I asked for a coffee and was taking a moment to look at the menu. The employee taking my order, Nandini, repeatedly interrupted me with “anything else,” dragging it out in a dismissive tone. When I politely asked her to give me a moment, she repeated it again with attitude.
When I responded respectfully, “please give me a moment,” she told me that I needed to be respectful even though I was calm and polite the entire time. After that, she ignored me completely, even after I said “hello” four times. At that point, I had no choice but to drive up to the window.
At the window, instead of listening to what I had to say, she raised her voice, blamed me, and acted as if I was the one at fault. I then had to ask another employee for her name because of how poorly I was treated.
This is not the type of service any customer should receive, let alone someone who has supported this location daily for years. If this is how loyal customers are treated, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Management needs to seriously address this issue with...
Read moreOne star because there’s no option to give zero! I asked for the cilantro line veggie wrap.. the lady started making it with chicken.. I told I need the veggie (and that’s due to some personal reasons, I can’t have the chicken) she took out the chicken from the same wrap and starting converting it into veggie. Then the guy who claims to be the manager said he’ll make a new one, which he did but see the picture what I got.. that’s not what a Tim Hortons wrap look like. It’s like he just wanted to get rid of the cx. I asked for an everything bagel with cream cheese.. the lady starting making it using the same gloves she used for all other things. I wonder why they don’t change their gloves and keep using the same ones to touch everything.. including non-food items. This just voids the whole purpose of wearing gloves. The so-called manager gave me the same one. When I mentioned not changing gloves, he made another one but without cream cheese.
I wonder what they serve to people who opt for using drive-thru and not going inside to see what’s actually they’re being served. Wrong orders and...
