Pizza Experience — Restaurant in Cambridge

Visited a few weeks ago not sure why my review was hidden after the owner replied. I tried this place because it is not far and I wanted another option for pizza in the area. I wanted to love it. It was between pizza experience or Dominos in hespeler ( 0 infractions and clean) . First time and last time coming here. Got 2 large pizzas and garlic knots. I ordered the pizza and sat inside so I could take the pizza as soon as it was done and it would not sit in the heater. I told them I will just wait so I can take the pizza as soon as it is done. The girl at the cash register did not know any of the specials so I had to do a quick search on the website. The 2 large pizzas had 2 toppings on each ( 4 total). One of my pizzas has half a topping the other pizza 3 toppings ( 3.5 topping total) I was charged for an extra anyway. Not a big deal but I did try to ask why and she didn't have an answer. When the pizza was finally finished I overheard that they made the garlic balls instead of the knots. Had they told me this mistake I would have just taken them and left with fresh pizza and those. Would not have been a big deal as mistakes happen sometimes and I can understand that. Unfortunately this was not the case and I was not even asked if I wanted to just take the garlic balls and never told of the mistake. Instead before I could even get to the counter the women began to eat them. When I went to inquire I was told my knots are not ready yet and will be soon , It will be a minute. It was much more than a minute as they had to make and cook them. They did not even tell me about the mistake that was made. My pizzas just sat there like I did not want to happen! I found the pizza to be very doughy and almost undercooked. The knots I would not recommend at all. I found it to be twice the deal kind of quality for a premium price. I would not come back because the food wasn't great but most importantly the service and the attitude is...

Bigger order, both pizzas and garlic bread balls taste like soap. The toppings were also bland. Called and was told they couldn't return my money (just for the above items) they did offer a credit, but I declined. I'll never eat here again. Was told to call the owner when he came in on the monday. I called 2 diffrent days and he wasn't in. I guess I'll take it as a loss unfortunately. Overall with tip this cost me $75!!!. That's a lot of money to throw in the garbage. I kept these pizzas in the box for days, to show we didn't eat it and I wasn't trying to scam anyone. I was sooooo disappointed with the outcome. This was dinner for my family on a Saturday night. If I could give it no stars I would. Bad "pizza experience"...

Unfortunately our pizza experience was disappointing. We ordered online and saw nothing about their free pizza bites promotion until getting to the store to pick up our order. When we tried to apply it then, we were told we needed to have put in the code at time or order but how could we have known when we didn’t see anything about it online when ordering? We asked for a store credit and were told no. Secondly, we get our pizzas home and one was supposed to be thin crust, it was the same as the second pizza (so made as regular crust) and those pizza bites were so burnt we couldn’t chew them and had to throw them out.
