Boston Pizza — Restaurant in Campbell River

Absolutely awful. Delivery took an hour and a half. Driver forgot pop (they did remove from bill). Paid $3 extra for onion rings, got 5 total. All food was soggy and cold and my wife now feels sick from her chicken fingers (which she could not finish). Only reason we ordered from here was to use a gift card and what a disappointment it was. Never again.

*Update: The owner contacted me to let me know that everything I wrote in my review was wrong. Cold food... you live far away. Your wife was sick.... impossible, we tested. 5 onion rings... no, we have pre measured portions. She then finished by saying she would reimburse us with a gift card for the cost of the meal by mail. It’s now been a month, I’m not holding my breath....

I ordered 10 barbeque wings 10 Cajun wings a Caesar salad with chicken. They did not give me the chicken until I phoned and complained and when it showed up it was half a breast. I spent $66 for 20 wings and a salad with half a breast of chicken plus an 18% tip. Not impressed. This is my last time ordering from Boston Pizza. Damn, I had to revise this. I still cannot believe I work for three hours to pay for this so-called meal. I still can’t believe it was half of a chicken breast!! Now I’m f-ing hungry and I have to go to work tomorrow on the fraction of the calories I need. There is something wrong with this world when you need to spend 30% of your income to order out and take...

Great dinner at BP's. Our server was awesome, very friendly & attentive. The beers were cold. We had salt & pepper wings which were amazing, fresh & hot. We shared our favorite mediterranean pizza, so good, lots of toppings. We also shared the braised beef mac n cheese because of the pasta deal for the month of January. The mac n cheese itself was good, great cheesy sauce and baked with cheese on top, but we weren't a fan of the flavor of the beef, plus there wasn't much beef. There was an odd spice that sort of ruined the flavor of the dish. I don't think we would get that pasta dish again. But highly recommend the pizza, wings, and...
