LOCAL Pizza — Restaurant in Campbell River

I recently visited Local Pizza in town hopping to enjoy their delicious pasta. However, I was disappointed when they mistakenly served me the wrong pasta dish. I brought this to the attention of the staff, but unfortunately, they were unable to offer any solution or rectify the situation. It was disheartening to have my dining experience marred by such an oversight and lack of customer service. I had expected better from a reputable pizza shop. I was on my half hour break so, I ordered it from there because it was nearest from my workplace, it screwed my whole experience due to getting half eaten pasta .it was not the first time experience got wrong every time I order they missed something, Very frustrating it feel like wasting money , we have lots of expectations from these brands in town . This is I hope they can improve their service and attention to detail in...

So I decided to try their large 'Not so Hawaiian' pizza. For many a decade I've been a professional in the food industry; so I understand how long such a pizza would take to prepare and bake, the flavor, mouth feel etc...

I arrived well within the twenty minutes and was pleasantly surprised my LARGE pizza was already finished, boxed and waiting for me. Interesting. Took it home, and within the 25 min mark, took a bite of what should have been a delicious super steaming hot and gooey slice of pizza.

What I got was lukewarm, had the toppings minced to the point one can't even see what they're eating; with the taste, consistency and mouth-feel of wet cardboard. The experience makes me strongly feel their pizzas are likely prefabricated and frozen beforehand, either at the shop or flown in from a factory; where they clearly have no idea...

If I could rate this place no stars I would. We've been here 4 times now and every time is worse and worse. The staff is horrendous especially useless is the manager. Good luck trying to get them to re make an order they screw up and better luck asking for your money back. Our pizza was soo disgusting and over cooked it was inedible we took it back in to the store showing them and all they did was talk in their own language while laughing and staring at us, I asked them to re make it as it also had the wrong ingredients. Nope! I want a manager. Nope! He's busy on a little break. I want my money back. Nope! All in all don't bother. You'd be better off going to the soup kitchen and better...
