McDonald's — Restaurant in Campbell River

Not very happy with the McDonald's we have on the island Highway here in Campbell River every time you go there their special machine is either not working or when you're working nights you go there they're not open and it says 24 hours on the sign and I do realize that we have problems everywhere was keeping stuff but if you have space that says 24 hours and when you do security RCMP truck drivers and that need the place so that they can get their coffee and maybe a bite to eat when they need it so not impressed with the McDonald's in Campbell River here we need a 24-hour place where people can get coffee get us something to eat and...

This is inside a gas station. In a small town. Manned by small town people with small town mentality and small town hospitality skills. There isn’t an outlet to charge your phone. There isn’t properly mixed-in Sprite so what we got was low sugar, which they invented here. There isn’t a full menu, so get used to 7 choices. There isn’t enough toothpaste in town, the front-desk person hasn’t used it for the last two months. They must be too busy to clean the toilets, they are revolting. Probably the customers’ fault. Forget about this place, went in to order and after 10 minutes the person in front of me still hadn't had their order taken so obviously I left and I won't ever be back. I have better options where they actually have good customer service unlike this place, they seem to only care about the drive thru customers and just ignore the customers who are waiting in the lobby. So yeah stay away not worth wasting your time.
