Ordered couple items today and received my order without an item. Asked them about it and they said that I never ordered the item and told me to wait at the back of the line to if I wanted to get it. I had to wait just to show them my receipt and tell them I ordered and paid for that one item which was quite annoying.
It simply makes no sense to wait in the line again just to prove that I should have received something even though it was the store’s fault.
The person who took my order, Dense or something like that, was very unfriendly and I could clearly see that she was frustrated and annoyed. I understand that they take lots of orders and cannot remember every single one of them, but all I am asking for is a bit of customer service.
Instead of saying things like “he can’t trust me” or “he’s holding the line” to the coworker while I am listening, maybe they could learn to look at the receipt and realize that they punched in the item but did not make it?
I ended up getting moved to a different till because I was making everyone wait. The person who helped me in a different till actually read the receipt and found the item that was clearly printed on it and apologized for something that wasn’t her fault.
This was a very unpleasant experience as a customer and I hope to see improvement through educating...

The drive through was very busy so didn’t get any games from staff either. The clock starts once you leave the order kiosk and stops once you leave the pickup window, so they consistently ask you to wait at the order kiosk to make it look like they have amazing service time. Oh please wait one minute, oh we just need to make sure we have that in the kitchen - every time! Meanwhile, other cars go past from the second order kiosk.

In the picture its huge. But when i got it ot was pretty much flat , woth nothing in it. The cashier said she would fix it put i could see the cook just repostitioned the meat to make it look slightly bigger while they botg laughed rudely . Nothing was added to the sandwhich.
