McDonald's — Restaurant in Camrose

All I can say is bad. Went inside for some lunch. When I went inside there were maybe 5 cars in the drive thru, 2 customers waiting on their orders, and a skip the dishes driver waiting. I waited for about 5 minutes before anyone came to the till. Once the employee came to the till I started talking with her and then began to place my order. I was in the middle of telling her what the second thing I wanted was and she said just hold on one second and walked away. I later found out her shift had just ended, I didn't check my watch but I think 1230 had just rolled around. After that, I made eye contact with the guest ambassador employee (white shirt with red ascott) twice and she did not come to take my order. By this time the other interoir customers and skip driver received their orders and it was clear they all had been waiting a long time. Finally, another employee comes over and takes my order. I waited for about 10 minutes for my food before I started to try and make eye contact with any employee to see where my order was. Mind you I am the only customer in the store now. One employee tells me they are just waiting on my milkshake to thicken, whatever that means. Another 5-7 minutes go by and another customer comes in and subsequently leaves because no one took his order. Finally, my order is ready. All of the food is ice cold. Shamrock shake was pretty good. The icing on the cake was that they were out of ketchup packets to give me for my fries. I will not be back here. McDonalds corporate should be...

Absolutely horrific location. Placed our order which we repeated 2 or 3 times. Got to the window, took 15 minutes to get the first pieces. Sat there additional 10 mins and waited. Then asked for the rest of the food, came out in pieces. Checked, and had not received one order of fries, so we inquired and the staff said one sec. 5 mins later, the manager came and asked us to pull away from the window. Told her we were missing fries, and she said we didn't order them. When we insisted we had, she said they were already in the bag. She continued to holler at us that we received what we ordered...Who does that? Never again. Btw, we ordered a combo meal and an extra order of fries. 25- 30...

We don’t usually leave reviews but this was an exceptionally poor experience. We pre-ordered on the app. When we got to the restaurant we waited about 40 minutes for our food. After 30 minutes we went in and said we’d like to cancel our order. They told us it was ready, after which our food came out in stages. Half the food was cold. We asked could they give a discount or some consideration for how long it took. The manager said no, seeing how many orders they had to fill. There was one car in front of us when we pulled through 40...
