My wife, toddler, and I were in town for a kijiji sale and decided to stop here for a picnic. The grounds are well maintained with various flower, herb, and vegetable gardens; museum buildings; a model train line; and even a play area for the little one. The volunteers were kind and informative. The cookies are delicious too! Well worth a stop as a part of a day trip from Edmonton. Read moreHad a nice stroll of this cute train museum with our 2 young boys while camping at Miquelon lake this May long weekend. Very friendly gardeners were on spot busy planting but patiently told us where best to see. Though it was not fully open back then due to COVID, it still offered a lot to see (the garden is filled with little train themed artifacts). We also witnessed a freight train pass by.
