Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Casselman-Steele Heights

I was in the mood for something different... And I got it. (Not in a good way) I ordered a Supreme Lovers Large Stuffed crust. With delivery the cast was 33 dollars. When it arrived it looked very anemic for a 33 dollar pizza. Honestly a frozen 6 dollar pizza from Walmart looks better. I called to complain, the person I spoke to was nice enough but said he couldn't just refund my money. I had told him to tell the driver to come pick it back up. He stated he would have to get ahold of the manager or owner, not sure which and that she would contact me within 24 hours. She didn't.. SHOCKER!! I got ahold of her after the 24 hours past, she was polite but said I put a credit on your account but I can't give you a refund. Apparently refunds are ONLY FOR FOOD POISONING LOL I told her I'm not having pizzahut again so what good is a credit I won't use. I paid in good faith and received a cheap underdone pizza lacking toppings and well lacking a pizza really. I told her I had the pizza still as I wasn't going to eat it but made no difference. Very poor customer service. Then when I tried to contact a head office, well She must have known it, It's impossible to contact anyone. There's no 1 head office or franchiser of pizzahut. they sell franchises to anyone apparently. So I lost my 33 dollars and want everyone to know that pizzahuts quality is in the dumpster. (I bet dumpster pizza looks better and I know it costs less lol) This is a joke right?.I'll drop a picture below You be the judge... does that look like 33 dollars of pizza. Only 1. Its not a 2 for 1 or anything else. I'll add the website picture to compare. I realize it won't look exactly like the website but this is not even remotely close. AVOID this store and pizzahut in general. theres no accountability other than dealing with money hungry store owners if they aren't owned by a main company. Make sure you CHECK the pizzas before you pay for them. Thats on me, I should have known better but Pizzahut in the past was always good. But...

Absolutely atrocious service at the Edmonton Manning Pizza Hut location. I did an online order for my family's dinner last week - and 1 item, (a whole pizza) was not what we had ordered. I contacted the Manning location directly via phone and spoke to a person named "Nadeesh" who told me he was the restaurants Manager. I told him my concern, and not only was he extremely condescending and rude, he did not allow a refund for the single item. He asked that I return my entire order to be issued a refund, after my family had already begun eating the meal! I have never experienced this from a restaurant before EVER. So, I basically took the food out of my families hands, and put it back in the boxes and the delivery driver showed up for a second time (I felt so bad for him, a he did nothing wrong) to take all of our meal back. Apparently that's how they do customer service here at Edmonton Manning Pizza Hut location. And now to top it all off - it's been 7 full days, and I've yet to see a refund on my account after contacting the store, and corporate directly. No follow up from them whatsoever, and no attempt to make things right. Please don't waste your families hard earned money at this place!! Clearly seeing the most recent reviews, their corporate office needs to be addressing management and ensuring customers voices are actually heard. Zero stars, worst service I've ever had from a restaurant in Edmonton. This is something that in my opinion, would have been an easy fix, but what a nightmare and huge waste of energy attempting to reach...

Friday March 3rd. As I was waiting for the meal I ordered from this location. I saw two other people walk out because an online order was not received here. A woman who I think was a manager was stuffing her face with pizza while she was on her way out showing the worker's what to do on the touch screen, holding her pizza with her hands and swiping the screen at the same time looked gross. Plus an older male who was the pizza delivery guy also eating touching everything. I never saw a Crew be eating the pizza right infront of the customer's like that before. Actually looked pretty gross with those greasy fingers touching everything and watching them lick their fingers. Yuck.
