Honestly this Tim Hortons hasn't been all that bad in the 8 years I've lived in the area and chosen this one as the go to. I do feel it has declined in quality over the last year or so though. I remember they used to win awards for how fast and good quality they were as a service. You bet within 5 minutes of going at 7:45am I had the items I wanted and was on my way to work/school. Sure they run out of items on the menu frequently, but they're insanely busy all the time. I would imagine it's hard to keep up with it all.
My last visit with them though, felt I needed to share. I ordered a regular chicken noodle soup with bun and this is what I got. The bottom of the bin, solidified and jellied "soup" chunks. I think whoever completed this order had a serious lapse in judgment in thinking this was acceptable to serve. I went home to eat my meal (I had just gotten out of a 9 hour overnight stay at the hospital with no sleep) and opened up the container to this. Not the most appetizing..
Because I'm a petty bish I got back in my car and drove back and asked for the refund. They didn't believe me until they opened it to throw it out and then they were apologetic. She appeared to be having trouble scanning my app for payment. Big lined formed, I suggested I should leave the lane as it's taking to long and people were shouting/beeping obviously upset.
I was accused of trying to make off with free food, and continued scanning my app stating it was resolved. The worker also was rude to the other people in line telling them they have to wait in a rude tone, not taking accountability and saying it's not her fault.
After checking I was charged for items I did not order and extra was taken off my balance without being refunded as stated.
Proceeded inside to show the employee the evidence, which she denied... Without her name tag on... Asked to speak a manager and was informed I must come back the next day.
Employee kept repeating there was no issue and I won't be getting free food in the most rude way.

Read moreI was at this location Monday morning May 2. It was actually the WORST I was treated at any drive through or fast food place in general. The middle aged white lady who was on the drive through was RUDE and angry at her job. You dont HAVE to work in customer service if you have to be this ride when someone asks to correct YOUR mistake. I asked for my muffin warmed with side of butter at the drive through order taking. But when at the window I didnt get it right, I nicely asked her. She sighed LOUDLY and stomped back into the kitchen and literally threw my muffin at me in the car. time was 8;17 am if the management wants to see the cameras.
