Willy's Burger Bar — Restaurant in Central Huron

We drove 20 minutes out of our way to stop at Willies for a couple of burgers on the way home. Our order was delivered with clear instructions. When I picked up, I double checked to be sure that one of the burgers had no condiments. Guess she didn't hear that part! I had to wait for another one, while the rest of the order got cold. Once I finally had the order, I opened one up - it was a chicken pattie, not a burger. I opened up the other and same. I went back to the order window with it and was told I got what I ordered. I did not. So I asked for a refund and was snottily told I had to return the drinks, fries and rings. Which I had fully intended to do. She refunded my $ but kept her tip! LOL We continued on our way to St. Thomas. Just a little hungry. We went to Herm's. Exactly the same order, delivered in the exact same way and we got exactly what we ordered and it was great. Thank you Herm's. Willies - you really need to teach your staff to actually "listen" to your customers. And if they don't understand the order or didn't hear it ( I am giving this employee the benefit of the doubt) they need to clarify with...

Waited a ridiculous long time for our 2 footling hotdogs, two other customers that ordered after us were served their order before us, we could see our order ready and sitting waiting to be given to us for about 10 minutes, while we waited another man returned his “burger because there was No burger on it”, the server laughed out loud ! but did place an order for a replacement, another man returned his order and said “ he didn’t order a burger”?! When we finally received our foot longs they were barely warm and the toppings were all over the place, they were a mess...the flavour was good, but that was the only good thing about our experience tonight. The servers were unorganized and one girl kept playing with her ponytail, then Not washing her hands! We were extremely disappointed and probably will not...

We went on for Lunch while out on a Sunday Drive! There was 6 orders ahead of us and we had our fresh hot food in under 10 mins, INCREDIBLE! Everything tasted like quality ingredients were used and it was DELICIOUS! Now normally when we stop at a drive-in you leave feeling slightly ripped off by portion sizes vs price, well at Willy's you will be yelling "Start the Car!!!" Because the prices are more than fair when you consider their portions, quality and price! Highly recommend going here! Check out the Bacon 🥓 and Cheese 🧀Footlong 🌭 or Burger 🍔! The poutine was made with REAL CHEESE curds! The battered mushrooms 🍄 were FANTASTIC! Soft serve ice cream or thickkkkkkkkkkk milkshakes!🍦🥤
