The coffee was really good. I had an iced americano and it was wonderful. The cup was NOT filled to the brim with ice. What was in the cup was just enough to make it cold and keep it there without diluting it too much. I was asked it I wanted anything in it prior to making it. There was enough room for milk. The cappuccino my partner has was well made...not too milky with good coffee flavour. He had a peanut butter brownie and it was very good and not skimpy either. I had carrot cake. It was moist and the home made icing was full of flavour. I could have eaten more, it was so good. We checked over the other baked items and they all looked so tempting. There are some panninis as well and they all looked intriguing enough toe Tice us back again soon. There is seating inside or outside I a small pleasant looking patio area. We sat I side an.a.small but comfy area. It was a bit warm but not too bad. People were in and out getting sandwiches for take out. It's a bit out of the way but we'll worth the drive for good food and coffee. Definitely deserves to be on the radar for a regular...
Read moreTonolli’s Deli is the kind of place that makes you slow down the moment you step in. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming—perfect for a late breakfast or an easy Saturday brunch. My latte was smooth and rich, the kind that makes you pause between sips, and the Pesto Benny was a standout: an open-faced cheese scone with tomato, poached eggs, melted cheese, and basil pesto. I skipped the Irish ham since I’m vegetarian, and honestly, I didn’t miss it at all.
It’s smart to go early; parking can fill up fast.
The display of baked goods could tempt anyone. There was a wide variety of desserts—cookies, scones, cakes, and more—that all looked mouthwatering. I could’ve happily tried one of each. Their baked goods would make wonderful hostess gifts, or just a treat for yourself because, well, why not.
Even the shelves of specialty food items made me hungry before I ordered. Between the food, the coffee, and the peaceful atmosphere, my Saturday morning felt quietly special. A perfect spot for a relaxed date with my husband. Thank you, Tonolli’s, for the lovely...
Read moreWe love visiting Tonollis for breakfast. No need for lunch after eating breakfast here! We ordered the pesto eggs benny, the cinnamon French toast, and the hungarian crepes. The eggs benny were lovely. Eggs prepared perfectly, juicy ham and tomato, and very tasty pesto sauce. The biscuit is a cheese scone, which i did find a little dry, but scones usually are. Extremely filling meal. If there are two of you and you aren't starving, I'd recommend sharing the eggs benny - there are 2 in the order. The french toast was very nice as well. Nice thick slices of bread, just the right amount of cinnamon on top. And the hungarian crepes are always enjoyed. Ricotta cheese and lemon are wonderful fillings for their warm fresh crepes. The restaurant has a quaint interior. You always sit close to your neighbours. It can get quite busy at times, which shows the quality of their meals. Large groups will have a hard time finding seating all together. If you are lucky enough to find a seat, you'll enjoy the food and the atmosphere. Highly...
