Ordered 3 Iced coffees, 2 iced capp, 1 lemonade and 1 fruit chill (givre). The screen only showed one iced capp so I kept asking to check again. The lady (Claudine) confirmed twice that she put 2 iced capps. Since the cashier said it was in the system we paid and waited for the drinks to come out.

When the other lady (Michelle) was making them she only prepared 6, with only 1 iced capp instead of 2. I informed her we are missing one iced capp and she said there's only one showing on her screen. I told her that Claudine confirmed but then they were both ignorant and rude saying "if it's gonna be like this everyday would be Christmas." I was trying to be polite and respectful since I have work experience in cafes as well, but this attitude was too much and I had to write it here and going to send a complaint to the head office as well.

The service is so slow at this Tim Hortons, it is actually faster to travel an additional 2 km down Saint Jean Baptiste Boulevard to go to the Tim Hortons near Mercier than going through their Drive-Thru service.

No jokes; every time we see there's a line up at this Tim Hortons, we are able to go to the other Tim Hortons near Mercier, get our order, head back to this Tim Hortons and see some of the cars that are still in line from the moment we left the location.

But the slow service is not the only problem there. The staff is quite incompetent and arrogant as well. Many times we end up having mistakes within our orders, and even with the invoice that clearly shows our order, the staff will argue we are in the wrong and mistaking about our orders while they fulfilled the order correctly.
