Restaurant Lafleur — Restaurant in Chambly

Don't go if you are expecting the same Quality as the LaFleur locations in Montreal. Everything was off in taste and delivery, I normally the number 2 all dressed. Comes with 2 toasted hotdogs with fries and a soda. I knew something was up based on the lack of staff attending and lack of customers. My order took an extremely long time, they messed up my order with the customer before me who ordered something similar, so I waited at the counter and they asked me again for my order after I paid 20 minutes earlier. The hotdogs were overcooked (burnt and split) and the fries tasted off (like they hadn't replaced the fryer grease in quite some time). Had an ill feeling...

Disgusting! While waiting for my order the employee dropped a hotdog bun on the floor. He picked it up and put it on the counter instead of the garbage. I kept my eyes on it and believe it or not, he grabbed the bun that went to the floor, added a hot dog, dressing and put it in the customer's bag. I told him "what the hell the you just did". It seemed normal to him. I cancelled my order, they told me not to worry because I was not having hotdogs. They had a hard time giving me a credit. Horrible....manager has no idea what he is going either. I waited in line at the drive through for around 5 minutes, guessing the order in front was large. I them got to place my large order and told nothing more. My 1 year old daughter and I waited another 30 minutes to be told they can only take cash and I was out of luck.
