Pizza Hut Chestermere — Restaurant in Chestermere

Came in. I always have had the same order for the last maybe 7 years. A panormous pizza half veggie and half bbq. I went to pick it up and he made a large. Instead of saying sorry and fixing the order he comes at me and says “I’m not stupid you ordered a large” kept saying the same thing I’m not stupid. Like that’s not how you talk to someone. I told him twice VERY nicely that you don’t need to take to me like that. Anyways he continued to be rude. Gave me a refund but slammed the cash. I told him I wanted his name written and his managers, he said it’s not that hard to write my name. Which I understand it’s easy but it’s not that hard to write it down. This location is going down hill, and it’s making me sad. I really love Pizza Hut.. usually. I don’t know if it’s new people but the pizza has been awful lately! I ordered this two topping pizza. Look at the picture.. this pizza was supposed to have pepperoni and extra cheddar cheese as a topping.. i guess they forgot to put on the regular cheese and just put the extra on. It was so bad. For all fans of pineapple-topped pizza. It was my first time placing a Pizza Hut order. I have never used it, but I have heard a lot of positive reports. I choose to begin with Hawaiian pizza because I adore it. The first bite confirmed that this was the outcome for which I had waited a long time. The pizza itself tasted great, and the crust was extremely flavorful and puffy. And even though I didn't request more cheese, I thought this pizza had more cheese than pizzeria pizza.
