I went there with my family on 18 th October around 6PM. We ordered three hot beverages( one steep tea and 2 French vanilla) . I like my tea strong but there was no option to add an extra tea bag. So I thought I shall buy when my order is ready. When I went to receive it, inspite of the name given, the brown hair colored Indian lady just said " two French vanilla and one tea" and left it there on the counter without even looking to who shall pick that up. I was confused for a moment if it was my order. Then I had to ask for sleeves. And when I asked if she could give me an extra tea bag, she said to the girl attending me that time" charge her for tea bag" . I am confused whether it is her communication skills I should be mad at or her attitude. She could have said it in a polite manner . I know it's not free of cost and I am going to buy it.But who says that while giving a rude glance to the customer. Those are the exact words she said. Moreover tea was cold..I ordered a hot beverage. But to my disappointment, it was cold. Neither my extra tea bag could be brewed nor I enjoyed . Cameras can be my witness...I finished it in a minute or two. I am not the type of person to create a scene and humiliate someone .But I am writing so that it does not happen to anyone in the future. Chillawack is beautiful place to be but nice food and good service can be a cherry on top ! I hope my message...
Read moreI don’t even know where to begin with this Tim Hortons. Every time I come here, it feels like I’ve entered some alternate universe where time doesn’t exist, and customer service is a myth. The wait times are insane. I once ordered a coffee and breakfast sandwich and by the time I got my order, I could’ve raised a family and sent my kids to college. Seriously, they seem to have 1.5 employees working — one person doing everything and another who occasionally peeks out from the back just to disappear again.
The last time I went, I ordered a bagel and somehow ended up with a donut. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff looked me dead in the eye and said, “Well, they both have holes, so it’s basically the same.” Excuse me?! I guess next time I should order a croissant and expect a pretzel?
Another time, I asked for an iced coffee, and they handed me an iced cappuccino. When I mentioned it, the worker sighed like I had just ruined their day and muttered, “Close enough, right?” NO, it’s not close enough!
The floors are sticky, the tables are filthy, and the energy in this place is just depressing. Honestly, if you’re thinking of stopping here, save yourself the headache and drive to the next Tim Hortons. Or better yet, just go to literally any other coffee shop in Chilliwack. This place...
Read moreI don't know what it is with this franchise...... I always feel like there is no owner or manager on shift (might be wrong though) usually I just grab my cup of coffee, shrug and just leave (and thats speaking for most Tim Hortons I go to
However, today visiting this location was extra disappointing......I really like my coffee cold, so ill order it ahead of time on the app. There is only one location (41st and Fraser in Vancouver, that actually waits till I get there and haven't dumped it out.....so I can then have my coffee almost immediately)
I called this location just after placing my online app order......and told them that Id be coming in 45 minutes and to NOT dump my coffee outwhen I got there, in addition I ordered a simply sausage with a muffin......my coffee was NOT even ready despite phoning ahead
Just before I left, I used the washroom and (NO soap in the mens washroom) so reluctantly went to the womans (yes, the sign said vacant and I knocked) but......NO RUNNING WATER
This franchise is really something else...... I would say their food is a bit better than mediocre, but really , I need to remember to try and go to Starbucks instead more often
Oh, and I love on all the negative reviews, the owner seems to write almost the...
