Way overpriced for the quality, basic food, super salted. Terrible air ventilation, we left and our clothes and hair smelled like we'd been working fryers all night, luckily there was shampoo back at the hotel because that is definitely not what I'm looking for after a simple meal. Staff was friendly at least.

My husband and I had a great weekend together, thanks for your "concern", we were definitely not arguing(sitting side by side, giving kisses and laughing...)while at your restaurant. I was actually up here to celebrate his birthday, the success of our new business and me slaying my recent college exam(Woot!), so, spirits have been high 'round these parts. However, I do understand your need to seek blame instead of ownership over my experience at your establishment. Sorry I found your food mediocre and you're upset about that, but $17 for a piece of fried chicken on a bun with a smattering of cabbage isn't exactly a 5 star review from me, and my husband ate most of the prawn salad($20) we shared, as I don't enjoy mine over salted and drowning in dressing.
As for the ventilation, I was a restaurant manager and server/bartender for years, your guests should not leave smelling like kitchen staff. I would suggest you have them looked at. We had to change when we got back to the hotel after and I needed to wash my hair. It ain't being petty if it's truthful, and ultimately that was the irritating reason I felt the need to write a review instead of just shrugging off a pretty forgettable meal.

Read moreThe food was ok but the service was really bad. After being seated, a minimum of 15 minutes passed and my server was nowhere to be found. I left my table to go searching for him. I found a random employee, told them that I'd like to order and then went back to my table. Moments later, my server showed up and took my order. The food arrived and it was ok, not terrible but not specia eitherl. After finishing my meal and waiting another 15 minutes, and not having a drink topped up or being asked if I needed anything, I just wanted to leave. But, same as before, I couldn't find my server. I put on my jacket and went to the front counter where I paid for my meal and left. Is that normal to do that at this restaurant? Do the waiters ever go back to the tables with the bill? Weird.
Ok, for the restaurant staff, just so it's clear, I expected that a staff member would initially bring me to the table and within a few minutes ask for my drink order. By the time the drink is served, the waiter should be asking if I'm ready to order. When the food arrives, ask if I need anything else, like another drink. Half way through the meal, check to see if everything is ok. Once I've finished my meal, ask if I'd like anything else and if I didn't want anything else then tell me how to pay (which would be important if customers are required to pay at the front counter). This is...
Read moreTook my best friend for a birthday dinner, all she wanted was a good spring roll. Every table that was open was dirty so we asked the waitress to clean it. She swiped over it once and said “is that good enough?” They brought out two meals, 20 minutes later one more meal then 10 minutes later another one. My friends meal didn’t even get the spring roll with it and they missed her drink. Not a huge deal we asked to get it on the way out. An hour and twenty minutes after we arrived to get the last meal. Everyone had already eaten so we got the last meal to go. We pay, look at the bill and I say “we didn’t get the bubble tea.” The girl at the front snaps at me “it’s in her hand right now” while the girl was where I couldn’t see her lol. We also received a very snotty “here’s your ONE spring roll” Extremely rude and disappointing. Been there many times, won’t be going back...
