Pourhouse Bar & Grill — Restaurant in City of Cold Lake

Ordered the CBGB burger. I didn't realize the named meant Can Burn Good Burger. This should have never left the kitchen. Bun was beyond toasted and black inside and out. Burger patty was like dry overcooked and charred cardboard. The cream cheese was a slight discoloration on the bottom of the bun. Bacon was crispy though the only part edible. After 30 min when waitress took my hubby's plate (he had the chicken burger: chicken fingers on a bun) he told them the burger was burnt and waitress then asked someone in the back if they would make me a new burger as I only had 2 bites of it. Waitress never asked how food was prior to that. Second burger was better but still not worth $18. There was maybe a teaspoon of cream cheese in the centre on the toasted bottom bun this time, patty wasn't dry and bun was toasted golden. This was just after 4 pm on...

Just was in for wing night, and it wasn’t incredibly busy. However our table still had to wait over an hour and a half to finally get our food. Then I also did not even have my food prepared when the rest of the table all had theirs brought out. We were barely checked on, and when we were, the service was subpar at best. Then when it was time to pay, I almost got double charged by the same server. Did not get the name of the server, but she had a neck tattoo. She was very unprofessional and swore multiple times and was getting snippy at us when we called her out for doubling our meal’s price. Atmosphere was ok enough, the food was about a 6/10 collectively from our whole table, and service from what I just stated would be zero stars if I could give zero. I was sitting outside of the pour house around 2 am last call when a elderly gentleman tried entering the premises, he was told he was barred so he stayed outside of their fenced area. He was standing on the sidewalk, not on pour houses property when a female bouncer on a power trip started yelling and swearing at this gentleman to get off their property, which he was not on at the time. She then proceeded to assault this gentleman who was prob 50 years her senior, by pushing him down the block. As the bar manager and 2 bouncers were worried about some old guy getting a drink for last call, some other gentleman staggered past them, staggered across the street and got into his vehicle and drove away!
