McDonald's — Restaurant in City of Cold Lake

I was planning spending hours there and doing some study. But I just walked out after buying a coffee. The whole store, except a quiet female white client and me, are occupied by the people from ONE country, about 20 workers and two clients. They all talking in their language loudly like no one else there. I am an immigrant and ok with multiculture , but this is not multiculture anymore, it is single culture and I felt that I was forced to accept this fact! I am not sure what Trudeau's administration is doing, and I think he doesn't have an idea as well, except struggling to get applause and likes. Worst service ever!!! The order-taker does not listen when you order. And even if your order appears to be correct on a screen that’s not what you will get in your bag! Each time I eat out there is a terrible and negative experience. No customer service whatsoever, no proper greeting, and manners! No correct orders! 9 out of 10 times our order is wrong, staff argues with you. When they try to correct the order they fail, wrong again!!! Costing us money and causing stress! Ordered 2 iced coffee with milk and less sugar. Had the "team leader" argued with me for minutes telling me their iced coffees are always made with milk and not cream, then refused to ask others. They had so many people there and still took forever to get the drinks and it wasn't even busy at the time. Ended up with 2 iced coffees not with substitution of milk as I have requested... They should send her back to school and learn the menus again and teach her not to argue with customers if she doesn't know what she is talking about.
