Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in City of Lacombe

LACOMBE DOMINO'S PIZZA WORST EXPERIENCE AND DIRTIEST PIZZA EVER. I ORDERED THEN WAS HANDED A PIZZA VERY QUICKLY I ASKED HIM IF HE WAS SURE IT WAS MY PIZZA. HE INSISTED RUDELY THAT IT WAS MY PIZZA I SAID THE BOARD SAYS MINE IS IN THE OVEN READY IN 4 MINUTES. HE SHOVES THE PIZZA AT ME AND I TAKE IT AND LEAVE. I CHECK THE DOMINO'S PIZZA IN THE TRUCK AND TOUCH AND HANDLE THE TOPPING'S BECAUSE THEY ALL LOOK WRONG; IT IS ALL WRONG. I LOCK MYSELF OUT OF MY TRUCK TAKING THE PIZZA BACK AND AM UPSET. I TELL THEM IT WASN'T WORTH ORDERING PIZZA FOR THE AMOUNT IT WILL COST TO GET MY KEYS OUT AND AM TOLD I'M STUPID FOR LOCKING MY KEYS IN AND IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM. I ASK THEM TO CALL POPOW'S AUTO WRECKING AND THEY REFUSE AND TELL ME TO SIT THEY ARE TO BUSY; I INSIST THEY CALL POPOW'S AND THEY REFUSE AGAIN AND TELL ME THEY WILL CALL THE POLICE IF I DON'T LEAVE. BEFORE I LEAVE, I BELIEVE THEY PACKAGED THE PIZZA I RETURNED INTO A NEW BOX WITH A NEW SEAL AND GAVE IT TO THE CUSTOMER WHO ORDERED IT. NOT ONE PERSON AT LACOMBE DOMONO'S PIZZA COULD BE KIND ENOUGH TO CALL THE TOW TRUCK OR TO SHOW A HINT OF EMPATHY AND IT MADE ME CRY. IT TOOK THE KINDNESS OF A TOTAL MALE STRANGER, TWO YOUNG BOYS, WAYNE FROM POPOW'S AUTO WRECKING AND THE EMPLOYEE OF CIRCLE K TO CHANGE A COLD BITTER EXPERIENCE AND TO SIMPLY BE KIND AND HELP. THE LACOMBE DOMINO'S PIZZA EMPLOYEES WORKING TONIGHT WERE COLD, HEARTLESS, AND WITHOUT EMPATHY. THE LACOMBE DOMINO'S PIZZA AND ITS EMPLOYEES DESERVE AND HAVE EARNED A HUGE ZERO IN EVERY CATEGORY RATING; UNFORTUNATELY THIS REVIEW WON'T LET ME GIVE THEM ALL THE ZERO'S...

I just got off the phone with a very rude dominos worker! I was supposed to be credited a free pizza/cinna styx because they messed up my order yet again, only the cinna styx had been credited and that's all the worker was going to give me period until her manager could verify this error. The manager was not going to b in for another hour. So I asked why I have to wait another hour for something that is common sense? Why would b credited only my desert when it was my pizza that was done wrong. The worker literally was yelling at me and said there is nothing she can do even if this is a common sense error and I have to wait an hour, so I said that's fine I will have a wonderful conversation with her manager no problem, and then she hung up on me. I have never been yelled at ever when ordering a pizza replacement in my life, or ordering anything for that matter! What a disrespectful little spoiled worker they have representing their establishment. This manager is going to owe me big time if she ever wants my business again because there is no excuse a business should continue employing such an explosive, disrespectful,unempathetic worker. Wow I'm done with these pizza people. It says in my special instructions all large and extra large are to be square cut they call me saying my extra large is ready but they cut in pie shape and will that be ok, I said no I want square cut as the pieces dont fall all over me and they complied my pizza came the box was squished and my cheese was stuck to the lid. I am not ordering there again even if they offer me 60 piece of the pie rewards. I have free medium coming give it the the hungry. also my til receipt which is in my instructions never came either.
