Canadian Pizza Unlimited & BigGuy's Fried Chicken — Restaurant in City of Leduc

Not good at all tonight. Specifically ordered the pizza I asked for with no red sauce and instead donair sauce - and all toppings except for green olives and spicy peppers. No shrimp, a few shreds of tomato, no green peppers, and no donair sauce. Called first time to politely sort the issue out directly with the owner and got a simple "sorry mam, next time you can have a discount", even though I just said this pizza will be going straight in the garbage tonight - the call ended. I called back, said I just got home, and asked again if there would be any chance the correct order would be sent to me and was told "no" and was actually hung up on. Even though I tipped a couple dollars when I paid, this is what happened (and I'm truly not one to complain about anything service-related - I was in the service industry for over 10 years). Absolutely terrible this time around, and you won't be seeing me here again. It's only a pizza, I know, but if I order something I expect it to be correct or at least taken care of if/when there are errors....

Ordered pizza and wing combo for the family. Standard pepperoni pizza - standard in flavor, second pizza was ham, onion , feta and fresh tomatoes. Well there was no fresh tomatoes and feta hardly a sprinkle. I could have over looked the missing tomatoes, however as I was eating my first slice and bit in to something hard. Was able to locate the piece in my mouth before breaking a tooth or swallowing it. It appears to be a piece of porcelain possibly bone. I know accidents happen, however when I called to notify the company speaking with the ' manager' he didn't apologize no remorse only said next time you order you can get a free 16 inch. Didn't ask my information called me by a different name in fact. Zero customer service. Unfortunately I will not be ordering from them in the future. Sad as I like to...

Coworkers and I decided to order from Big Guy's thru Skip. We were blown away! Nice large pieces of chicken, flavourful, juicy and with a nice crunch. The fries were delicious, gravy was yummy, the mashed potatoes tasted like actual mom made mashed potatoes (not like other places where it tastes like rehydrated starch) and the macaroni salad was perfect creaminess with a hint of tart and sweetness. I normally have to drown most fried chicken with hot sauce, I was through my second piece before I realized I hadn't used any hot sauce - that's how delicious the chicken is! Anyone who thinks any other chain is better has not tried Big Guys, once you try it, you won't look at those other chains the same. Thanks for making an amazing dinner Big Guys! We will...
