Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in City of Leduc

If you're gonna need anything there, you have to eat the biscuits. They have a great summer meal going on right now. Five dollars for wrap. But I highly suggest you get a receipt and keep it..... I don't wanna go into detail of my unfavorable experience about that. But it caused me to drive 45 minutes there in 45 minutes back to get an overcharge, and then the horror old deal was kind of painful. I understand they're doing their jobs, and they're trying to protect the business as much as possible. But when somebody comes in with proof of being overcharged, don't treat them like they're trying to steal from you, when especially when they're talking to the person in calm and reasonable manner not being a karen, but more just caring about being overcharged. I even made an arrangements with the one woman. When I told her that I was overcharged that I'd come back the next day to talk to the manager. But they looked at me like I add physically tried to rob the store. I understand in today's society that it's hard to trust somebody when they're saying they've been overcharged twice and they ask for the receipt. And but was never given one. I think they need a little training on how to deal with something. This happens, especially when the person brings in proof and drives 45 minutes. There costs him more money and gas than the money was...

I had so much hope for this place. Leduc needs a good chicken restaurant. I waited patiently. Every time I drove by, I peeked in the windows to see what was happening. Finally they opened!!! The service was great. The people that work there are fantastic. They are super friendly and all that jazz. Unfortunately, the food is "meh." The french fries are crinkle cut fries, which is fine, but would be better if they were cooked until crispy and salted properly. The portion size is also super disappointing, especially compared to their competitors. Twice now I have ordered a chicken sandwich and received the wrong order. One of the times I got their classic chicken sandwich, which was seriously drowning in so much mayo, I couldn't even eat it without scraping it off with my napkin. I could look past all of this, but the one thing that irks me the most is the fact that they do not offer any kind of deals. If you go to a Church's chicken in Edmonton or St albert, they have promotions. If you go to the one in Leduc and ask about promotions, they simply claim that it's "only in Edmonton.." That's ridiculous. I want the deal of the day. I hate to say this because I love promoting new business in leduc, but we would have been better off...

Sept2024 - back again!😁 whenever I fly in, I return to Church's Chicken. Always good, always consistent, staff are always genuinely Nice people❤ June. So good, consistently good!👍 2024April. I'm back again @ Church's Chicken, Leduc. Oh my Gosh once again, it is SO Goood! Nice staff, great food, clean establishment.7 THANK YOU! Great job!👍😊 .

Update: 2023NO03. Am back again. Great food, full chicken pieces, properly cooked, hot, fresh, great staff! GOOD FOOD, GREAT CHICKEN. this places rocks! Great staff, and the place is clean. I travel between provinces so have had all kinds of different food. Church's Chicken here in Leduc is a def go-to. Great job!👍 Oct.2023 Wow! SO gooood! 1st time trying Church's Chicken. Excellent.
