Nitza's Pizza — Restaurant in City of Leduc

Update dec 2022 Tried this again, it is worse than the last time. Shredded beef for a donair pizza, and poor flavour at that. Called the owner, he said sorry, it’s been that way for two years, he makes the donair meat himself. (Since then i have made donair meat at home to see how hard it was, it was not hard to get the flavour correct)They missed some items on the order as well, Last time i go here to Leduc, which is a shame.

Update. 2021 They changed flavours or recipes. Donair sauce is different. The donair pizza does not taste like it did early 2020. The cheese pizza was decent, but my picky kids didn’t like it, but it was better than the new donair pizza.. Food was hot, well boxed, presented well. Worst costumer service, when I had called to place my order, a woman had answered the phone, the lady who took my order was laughing with a coworker and not paying attention to me. With that said they messed up my order, I ordered a Donair wrap, and got a donair pizza. Also ordered a caesar salad, which was made with fake bacon which ressembled dried dog food, Which I paid almost $10 for a cheap made salad, that was drenched in dressing. The only thing that was alright was the hot wings we had ordered, which had been a little over cooked, but otherwise edible. We have been going to the Sherwood Park locations for years, after learning that Leduc had a Nitza's we decided to give it a go. I called in my order since my place is outside of their delivery zone; I got my order all confirmed, she told me that it would be ready in 30 minutes and hung up! Didn't even take my name or number for the order! My boyfriend goes to pick it up and explains that whoever took the call never took my name down. This caused confusion with everyone there. There was a random name and phone number written down on the sheet. Get home, we open up everything to eat, and we were given boneless wings rather than bone in like I had requested, the fried pickles were a touch under done as well. The pizza however...
