A&W Canada — Restaurant in City of Lloydminster

Ordered a kids meal thru drive-thru, asked for fries instead of apple slices and an orange juice. I park and go to feed my child, and they gave me apple slices instead of fries, and the orange juice was completely watered down.

I went back thru the drive-thru to get my order corrected, I said the orange juice was not good and the last says “oh that’s just our orange juice I don’t like it.” So I asked if they have bottles and she looks at me like I’m stupid and says no, so I told here that it was very watered down and, she proceeded to tell me “idk what to do about that” AND THEN she goes to check the juice levels only to see that it was empty, she laughed and says “oh haha yeah I guess it was watered down” so they gave me a fresh one, and I don’t think they let the juice actually run into the spout because it was still disgusting. Literally never going there again....

My gf brought me breakfast home from this establishment and it was disgusting. First of all the container it was in was 3X to big for the breakfast so alot of waste happening here. The “toast” was only bread sopped in butter, one of the eggs were hard the other one slightly better, the hashbrown patty tasted synthetic possibly because it was very very oil soaked and the bacon was a sad attempt at something edible pretty certain it was the microwaveable stuff straight out of the boxed stuff you find on the shelves of your local grocery store but all in all dust the meal in your favourite hot sauce or ketchup and you can possibly get it down. I’m certain I’ll be spending some time on the toilet later but at least I got fed. Do not recommend this...

This A&W is extremely slow - I will avoid it even if there are a few cars in the drive through because it is going to take forever. They have a big sign in the window that says "All Day Burgers and Breakfast" however they don't serve all their breakfast all day, just the breakfast burgers - very misleading. It is very difficult to pull into the drive-through with a full sized vehicle, but it can be done in one swing - if there are no vehicles coming.

The employees are generally good however, better than most fast food places in town honestly. The food is as good as...
