McDonald's — Restaurant in City of Lloydminster

This location of McDonalds is the worst especially the drive thru. I order happy meal for my kid the one with nuggets, fries & a drink. When we reach home the fries is missing. The crew didn't put fries on the happy meal.my kid is so upset because he was used of having fries together with the nuggets. After a week my husband go buy again a happy meal same thing and ask the crew if he could have the missing fries that they forgot to include in the meal, but one of the crew said they cannot give the fries because we didn't call immediately after we found out that the fries is missing. Unfortunately that night when we purchase that meal it's already 15 minutes before their closing time. So when we found out they are already close. It's only a fries but it gave a big impact to our trust in this store. So from then on I will never think to buy anything from this store. I'm so...

We stopped in for a bathroom break & to pick up some quick lunch while on the road to Saskatoon. The bathrooms are clean & spacious. The restaurant is a bit tiny but perfect for a quick stop. They have the automated order screens OR a cashier - so you can order however you prefer. The food was exactly as traditionally expected from Mcdonalds, and the staff was friendly. They were selling the Halloween Tote bags in support of RMH, and I wanted one of each color (4 in total). They couldn't find a purple one, so one of the staff members went into the back to look for the new boxes that had arrived that morning. I stopped in McDonald’s with my children on our trip home from Edmonton. I thought it would be perfect to get out of the car and go in have something to eat and let the kids stretch their legs and play. As I approached the counter to order I could not believe the amount of flies all over the food prep area there was even flies in the muffin and pastry glass shelf flying and landing on the food. I was so disgusted that I could not bring myself to eat the food. Over top of the food prep area were sticky fly traps that were full of dead flies. I understand that it is hard to keep pests out but this was beyond the few you would normal see. Something needs to be done about...
