2 for 1 Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in City of Spruce Grove

2 for one pizza and pasta served me pizza with plastic in it! found it in my leftover pizza meaning I guess I must’ve eaten melted plastic in my pizza and hadn’t noticed. I called them at 3pm to try to inform them, being super polite and telling them my concerns as we have been loyal and given them outstanding reviews since we moved here. The manager was extremely unprofessional over the phone, was accusing me that it was my fault I didn’t notice until now, that I couldn’t send my photos in to an email, and did not once apologize or act concerned whatsoever. He then told me the only option I have is to come into the store directly and bring in the plastic and pizza. He then took the plastic from my hand and kept the pizza and plastic. He told me the only thing he could do was to refund me for HALF MY ORDER and DIDNT APOLOGIZE ONCE! This is plastic! We could get sick, we could choke on it!! Like what the hell this is a restaurant. Not to mention when I showed him the plastic he started QUESTIONING ME and telling me he doesn’t recognize the plastic from his store?? I will never be going back, I did not want to leave a review, I decided to call, then go in person. This is a health hazard in the food industry and they have not taken this seriously! my biggest concern is that the manager doesn’t care! His employee who was at the cash register intitially cared far more! Such a shame. Warning to...

By far the most lackluster pizza I have ever tasted. The dough was too thick, undercooked and bland. It was more cake like, than bread like because it is without chew or texture. Imagine a 1" thick piece of spongey bread and you have 2 for 1 pizza dough. Good pizza dough should be light, chewy and flavorful. It should not be thick, cake-like and limp.

The pizza is cut into rectangles, leaving the inside pieces difficult to handle without using a knife and fork. Why not use triangular wedges?

The sauce, when I could find it, is very bland and without character. The cheese was overly greasy, it seemed like processed cheese even though they insist it is saputo pizza mozzarella.

15 or so large slices of fresh tomato surrounded the pizza. It looked nice, until you realize none of the interior pieces get tomato. Just plain lazy. Use chopped tomatoes.

We ordered a pepperoni mushroom and a donair pizza. Pick it and get home to find a pepperoni mushroom and a pizza with ham green pepper and onions. Oh and mushrooms!!!!! So two pizza with mushrooms and we have company who doesn't like mushrooms. So we phone them to ask them why we have the wrong pizza. They basically say we're liars and that we must have ordered a deluxe and they refused to do anything for us. So whatever. I sit down the next night to have a piece and after heating it up I take a closer look at it. To my surprise I find shrimp on it.... this means they gave me a special pizza they call the royal. So not even a deluxe hahaha so long story short there customer service is horrible and their pizza is mediocre. Will never be back!!
