Boston Pizza — Restaurant in City of Spruce Grove

Got a skip order tonight, the food was good but prices have gone way up. I understand that restaurants have been hit by hard times in the last couple years, but so has everyone else and the food here was already overpriced to begin with. Just including this for others to keep in mind before coming, you may want to check the new prices online first so you're not unpleasantly surprised.

Picture included is a note we got in the drink bag. No idea why you guys couldn't just call to let us know if you were out of something, like you used to. Or better yet mark the item as sold out when you run out of it. This wouldn't be that bad but I saw another review with a picture showing they had the exact same thing happen to them. Not a good look to ignore problems that your customers speak up about, and allow this carelessness to continue. After $70 for 2 people and a couple extra pops, I think it's fair to expect that it would at least be made up for with good service. If not, I don't think people are gonna be too motivated to keep choosing to splurge at this restaurant.

The food tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for 20 minutes, the services was slow, and the younger staff was not very professional at all. It’s as if this location has given up and is just coasting along. Take the 4 minute drive and go to the Boston Pizza on the west side near the Tri Leisure instead if you really are in the mood for Boston Pizza. ... September 3rd, 2018 Made the mistake of selecting this location on the SkipTheDishes app instead of good one. Ordered dinner for my family and they forgot to send half the meals. The manager tried to tell me that he personally put the kids mela in the bag, essentially calling me a lier, and then told me that they had run out of ravioli and that’s why it wasn’t delivered. So I basically paid $84 for jambalaya and a kids pint-sized pizza. I have no idea why this location still exists when there’s a far superior location 4 minutes down the road. Came in the restaurant about 8pm on Dec 23,2017.waiteress sat down. We were the only ones in the restaurant and after 10 minutes I got up and asked to have a coffee and water to be given to us at the table. She then brought them. No silverware given or cream or sugar. All you could hear was laughing behind the back area. I got up again and asked for cream and sugar and silverware after waiting anought 10 minutes and if we could place our order. Husband ordered a bowl of soup first. Then his main course and I ordered ribs. I watched a man come in and he waited 10 minutes to no service and walked out. Another couple came in and was waiting for service.
