Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in City of Spruce Grove

I order here 2 times a week mostly and get the same order stuffed cheese bread. Today they messed it up and gave me regular cheese bread. I called to bring up the mix up and even offered to bring back the mistaken cheese bread and pay for another one to get the order I wanted and they said no you have to pay for two new orders of stuffed cheese bread. I’m sorry that is not good business technically they should have just given me two new orders of the stuffed cheesy bread. But I wanted to be decent a”so straight away I offered to pay for one of the replacements, I was told I had to buy two new orders! Sorry won’t be happening!!!! If you want decent service don’t go here, this isn’t the first time they have messed up my order but it’s the first time I brought it to there attention and this is how they act, won’t be spending a dime at this dominos again....

I will never order from this location again, their loss.. I called on a tuesday night last week after a ridiculous night for my family and I. They called me twice, first time to confirm I wanted delivery. To which I said yes, and went about my business. Then they called about 10 min later telling me they will have to double the "delivery" charge because I was more than 7 km away? I told her that is impossible and I've never been hit with this fee before. I google maped it and I was 2.3 km away from them. Tried to explain, but she kept arguing with me. I tip better then most but these delivery charges are bogus. They don't even go to the driver. Canceled my order and will never order from then again. Plenty of better pizza places around anyways. Overall worst experience I've has with a fast food joint. Save your money and order...

New to Spruce Grove and decided to order pizza, unfortunately I never received my meal due to a issue with delivery which is not a problem it happens. But rather than help correct the problem he attacked me with accusations of their constant and continuous issues they have with me stating that all their orders from my phone number and all their orders from my address and me were the problem and not welcome,, which is very odd being the phone number was brand new and my residence in my new apartment was for less than 48 hours at this time.. Abusive accusations and attacking my character too hide a minor mistake is beyond acceptable and most definitely requires reprimand...
