You can't write a second review so I am adding my second experience going here to the first. Now there was nothing wrong with the Bacon Bacon Box set, the Italian Cheese Bread or stuffed cheese bread we got. All were delicious my bf said, however the Hawaiian pizza I got looked undercooked a little so I took a picture and figures it wouldn't hurt to eat the side that looked cooked. I was wrong and for the past 24hrs have been projectile vomiting, not able to hold other food down and something else I would rather not mention. At this point I'm not sure if I should ream the companyn out for not having better quality control over products with their name on it or the store for messing up so bad. (First Order) Ordered a half cheese and half Hawaiian pizza and had to wait for it to be made; which was fine. But couldn't get crazy bread or stuffed crazy bread because they have nothing pre-cooked and they all are not doing deep dish or crazy bread. They left a good inch of the pizza plain with no topping at all and it was more like 3quarters Hawaiian and a quarter cheese. Best part is when I called to talk to them the lady who answered just hung up on me when I complained. I'm also allergic to pepperoni and had a reaction to pizza so make sure to say you want a clean cut if your getting it made fresh and don't want them to use the same knife they use for all the pizza.

Not impressed and will not be back. Ordered online and went to pick up at a scheduled time in the afternoon. Upon pickup I should have checked the pizzas before I left the store, the labels on the boxes were correct however the contents were not. Once I was home and called back to the store a female employee was pleasant at first until I explained that I was given an incorrect order. The tone changed and the employee argued with me that I got the order, I explained that I literally had the order confirmation in my hand and read the order firmly as she kept interrupting me. Without warning she gave the phone to a male (manager?) He didn't identify himself, didn't apologize just said "you're right, we made mistake we can give you credit or come back and get the other. I live outside the city so I was not driving all the way back to get it. We kept the pizzas and I regret it, the pizza was greasy, crust was like cardboard, wasn't cut and just really was horrible. Yet again, another Spruce Grove business that did not impress.

I’ve ordered the pretzel crust pizza twice now. The first time I ordered it, it was thin crust and had salt all over the pizza. I had it delivered so I realized that there wasn’t anything I could do really. So I decided to order it again but went for pickup. Yet again it was super thin and had salt everywhere, and when you have pizza that’s already cheesy and greasy have a bunch of salt on that part it makes it nearly inedible. So I very politely asked the lady working if she could remake it and just explained that in the picture there is only salt on the crust, and that the pizza was not supposed to be thin crust. But she was very rude, and seemed so annoyed that I would even ask. But she did remake it, and it did have salt on only the crust however it was thin crust again

They have their online ordering closed so that customers are forced to pay more money for their orders. When I called I explained that their online was down and I wanted the combos that were on the site. I didn’t find out until after that is was $6.30 more over the counter(I know it doesn’t seem a lot of money but we are trying to feed a family of 10 on a budget). I asked why and the lady said, “it’s our in store price and I don’t know what the online deals are. There is nothing you can do about the difference.” The last three times I have ordered from here the pizza was either badly burnt or looked fine but was as hard as a rock and more like pizza jerky. As todays order the pizza was burnt, cheese filled crazy bread burnt and the crazy bread and 12” classic looked fine but was as hard as a rock. This used to be my go to place. Even though the older lady who runs it slaps her coworkers around the price and product was good enough to keep us coming back. If this was my business I would be trying to keep my customers with the opening of the new one 4 minutes away. Maybe oh sorry, next time you order let us know and will throw some sauce in for you to make up the difference that was caused by us programming our online...

While a busy place of business is a good sign, it would have helped to have more than 3 people working at this location on a Friday. My husband and I waited over 30 minutes to pick up 2 Skip the Dishes orders to take to our customers. We also saw at least 3 other Skip drivers waiting in addition to many typical customers. (At times, people left and came back because the lobby was full. Our 2 deliveries were finally complete, and I asked the staff member if our personal order was ready. We ordered at 3:30pm for a 6:45pm pickup. Everything was ready except for one item, and we were already past the 6:45pm pick-up time. My husband and I had to leave our dinner behind in order to deliver the 2 VERY late Skip customer orders only to have to drive back to the restaurant to retrieve our food. Once there, we retrieved our order only to discover our side of marinara was pulled straight from the refrigerator and put into our bag (I watched).

I would like to hope that I can update this review because the food was delicious! We would like to continue to order from Little Caesars in Spruce Grove, but something seriously needs to change in staff and...
