McDonald's — Restaurant in City of Spruce Grove

Went to this location as I have been since they opened.Ordered the mcdouble meal like a mac. Not only did they not re-imburse me for the toppings from the original sale of the burger that I wasnèt getting, they charged me an extra .75 cents for the big mac toppings that should just replace the original toppings you are not getting re-imbursed for. Completely stopped going to this location. was going here 2-3 times a week. After complaining online, they stopped charging for the big mac sauce that is replacing the original toppings. That is fair. BUT, after about 4 days of not charging for the big mac sauce they went back to scamming the customers again by charging for it and not re-imbursing you for the original toppings you are not getting on your mcdouble. Stay clear of this location and take your business elsewhere. Go to the other drive thru mcdonalds in spruce grove as they dont charge for the big mac sauce, OR start eating at a different burger place like HARVEYS who dont charge for toppings. ALL I can say is when McDonalds says McDouble they mean you getting charged McDouble for the toppings. MCSCAM, MCROCK BOTTOM, MCDOWNHILL, MCSTOP GOING HERE,MCDONALDS MC-UNHAPPY MEALS, MCSHEISTERS, MCSTEAL, DRIVE THROUGH MCHAM(BURGLERS)my favorite saying now. Stop supporting MCDONALDS in General as long as they let individual owners steal from their customers for McDonalds Corporate Profits. Nobody at this location can add, 1 customer alone spends as much in a year at this location as they make scamming .75 cents from all ADD LIKE A MAC CUSTOMERS IN A WHOLE YEAR. Dont feel MCSTOLEN from at this location, go somewhere else where you dont feel MCcheated. I am sooooo tired of being cheated at this location, I am working on a social media MCBOYCOTT MCDONALDS CAMPAiGNE. Maybe McDonalds corporate will stop this owner and MCCHEAT. The likelihood of anyone actually reading this, is slim to none, more importantly anyone that's actually going to do anything about this comment to improve the quality will definitely be none. The two newest products to hit fastfood restaurants this year would be the Tim hortons there version of flat bread pizza. The only pro here is, the time it takes to get prepared, unlike McDonald's real pizza from long ago, which in my opinion was 1000's time better, which took a lot longer to prepare. Timhortons flatbread pizza is very flat, on taste, quality, quantity, yet they still charge a premium. Stay away save your $$$$. Sorry McDonald's you dropped the ball in my opinion & many others according to online reviews regarding your new grimace purple shake. You should be honest & warn people that the name of the shake is probably what you will do, once you realize, yet again not only have you wasted your time, but your hard earned money as well. May 26/2024: this location has seriously stepped there game up! The food I’ve gotten recently have been picture perfect, hot, delicious and served in a timely manner with a smile! The parking lot seems to be cleaner and overall the atmosphere and quality have seemed to have improve tremendously.

Jan/2024 Update: in the last three months the quality of this locations food has significantly improved. They haven’t forgotten or messed up anything on one of our orders. Still no dairy free option for McCafé… but I’ve just accepted that I can’t get coffee from anyplace that doesn’t specialize in coffee and have moved on with my life.

This location is garbage. Unfortunately I live out of town and it’s the closest location for our home. The staff always has attitude, the fries are always soggy to the point where I don’t even bother ordering them anymore, nuggets are either over cooked or soggy, they DONT offer a NON DAIRY option for their coffees and lattes and there is ALWAYS something missing or wrong...
