Tim Hortons — Restaurant in City of Spruce Grove

My friend and I visited this Tim Hortons today, and we were shocked by the extremely rude behavior of one of your staff members, Samii/Samli. From the moment we placed our order, he was dismissive and unprofessional. When we asked for a Farmer’s Wrap, he flat-out refused to make it and spoke to us in a way that made us feel unwelcome and disrespected. To make matters worse, when handing us our order, he didn’t show even the slightest courtesy instead, he simply dropped it on the counter as if we didn’t matter at all. His attitude was not only unhelpful but downright insulting. We have always thought of Tim Hortons as a warm and friendly place, but this experience was the complete opposite. No customer should ever be treated this way. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue immediately and ensures staff are properly trained to treat customers...

Not sure what is going on here, but showed up at 6:20 for some coffee and donuts and the employee said they were almost out and stopped making for the night. Almost 4 hours before they closed…they kept the outside lights off and didn’t have any soup. Obviously the employees don’t want customers because that would mean they would have to work. The lobby was dirty and when I asked why they stopped making donuts 4 hours before close, they said because they don’t want waste. Not sure if this one is franchised, but I can’t imagine the owner or the brand would be happy knowing staff are turning away business almost 4 hours before close. Maybe they should just close at 6:30 if they don’t want to sell product. This location is just off the highway too, but no one would know with the sign off in the dark. Just...

I visited the store around 9:15 PM and asked for the dinner deal, which is officially available until 11 PM, as mentioned on Tim Hortons’ site. I understand the store closes at 10 PM, but I was surprised to be told the pizza oven was already cleaned and the deal wasn’t available.

If the offer is until 11 PM, it would make sense to keep it available at least until 9:45 PM. It felt a little unfair to be turned away that early.

Also, I asked for potato wedges or hash browns as a side—something clearly listed as an option for the dinner deal—but was told they aren’t available after 5 PM. That’s pretty confusing and disappointing when it’s shown as a valid choice online.
