At the TRAX Public House — Restaurant in City of Spruce Grove

Experience at Trax Mart Pubic House:

My recent visit left me extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. From the moment our party entered the establishment, it was clear that this would not be a pleasant dining experience. The ambiance was lackluster and the decor looked outdated and unkempt.

The service was abysmal - the staff seemed disinterested and inattentive to our needs. We had to wait an unreasonably long time to be seated, and once we were, it took ages for someone to come take our orders. Our drinks were served warm, and the food arrived at our table cold and unappetizing. Speaking of the food, the quality was appalling. My dish was overcooked and lacked any flavor, while my companion's meal was undercooked and had to be sent back to the kitchen. The portion sizes were meager for the high prices they were charging, making the whole experience feel like a complete rip-off.

The cleanliness of the restaurant was also questionable; the tables looked like they hadn't been properly wiped down, and the overall hygiene standards seemed below par. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against dining here. The combination of poor service, subpar food quality, and unappealing ambiance makes it a place to avoid at all costs. Save your money and your taste buds by choosing a different dining...

Came here for a late lunch we ordered a poutine to share, I had the Donair Burger girlfriend had a chicken burger. The Poutine was massive! The first few bites tasted good but once we got to the middle it started to get very salty. My burger was okay some of the bites tasted a bit off, it could have used a little more sweet sauce as well and the bun wasn't the best choice. The chicken burger was good from the bite I had that bun woulda paired better with the Donair. The sides that came with the meal my fries salty :( the caesar salad had a bit too much garlic in the dressing but was still good. For drinks we just had water they don't have root beer or margaritas. Margaritas will come in summer I was told (makes sense)

I wasn't a fan of the atmosphere it was too dark and the music was too loud at least for the time of day but at night this place could be fun to hang out at! The girlfriend enjoyed the food and we will be back again. If we come back on Friday night it's time to get the karaoke on!

All in all a few minor missteps but that won't stop us from...

When at the Trax Public House in Spruce Grove Alberta. The manager failed to properly clear and secure the back patio... locked me out at around midnight... then he confronted me with a cigarrette in the face as I tried to scale the waste high patio fence (to leave patio area and re-enter the establishment). The manager... obviously unable to think straight barred me from reentry through front door. Suffice it to say @Trax made sure this (non drinking) customer suffered the worst social experience... I called the owner the next day and was accused of being drunk etc (spurious allegation). Then owner offered to 'make it up' to me... yet seems reluctant to even appropriately apologise... etc. I wonder if he's figured out the fact that I'm a retired legal professional who will continue to consider each and every available option at this time... Less than one star would be appropriate... and Trax had proved as much rating not only possible......
