This place was on my to do list as it has decent feedback. Ordered their "deluxe" Friday at 4:30pm. I asked if I could have bacon strips instead of crumble and indicated that I would pay whatever the difference is. Not a fan of bacon bits on a pizza. This was a hard "no". Why can you not top a pizza the way you want it? price was not a consideration. Moved on because I did want to try this pizza. Decided to drive to pick up as opposed to delivery because hot pizza is the best way to gauge. Was told 40 mins showed up 15 mins early and the pizza was already sitting on top of the oven. Some people may feel that's a bonus but I wanted hot/fresh to really get a feel for the za. First slice was in the truck. Pizza is a bit better than most chains, sauce is pretty much non-existent and not much flavour profile. Toppings buried under the cheese so as soon as it cools slightly you are basically dragging toppings off as you eat leaving the uninspired fairly dry crust. 3 stars for me because I feel that is my honest assessment. Read moreI have had a lot of Pizza pies and this was by far the most disappointing one that i have tasted. The pizza crust was thick and doughy, with tasteless pizza sauce. It seemed like the cheese was just dumped on along with the pepperoni and pineapples. There was just no love in the creation. I write this not to make fun but to encourage Roselina's to elevate your pizza game. Half the thickness of your dough, add a bit of sugar to your sauce along with some seasoning. More importantly use better quality cheese and do not drown the pie in cheese. It's ok to use canned pineapples for i use them myself when making pizza. A little cornmeal on the bottom of the pie does wonders. I hope you will read this and take note. Take a look at the pictures i took. Who knew there are pizza places that put everything on the pizza and then pile the cheese on top? And more cheese and more cheese and more cheese. The cheese was burnt, rubbery and awful. The pepperoni under the cheese was slimy and not even baked. The crust was overdone and so dry we could barely eat it. We only had one slice each and then I pulled everything off, scraped all the black stuff off, used scissors to cut off most of the overdone crust around it and put my own Pepperoni, olives, fresh mushrooms topped with a bit of cheese.
