Love this place! Food is always perfect, staff are so friendly, which makes it more comfortable to be around. They do more than expected - anything we needed. Their very understanding. I'm a first time mom to a little baby, and a fur baby. I'm beyond, purely exhausted, I'm lucky to get 10 min break. All I wanted was something to eat. I did a late night order, I kindly wrote online to not ring the doorbell. The driver parked across the street, apologised for his "loud" car which wasn't. I had a silly moment asking where the breadsticks were - in a box I already grabbed. He was just so friendly, had nice things to say when I told him how exhausted I really was. Up until my latest (and last ever) visit, I had never had a problem or complaint about this location. This time, I entered at noon, no slices available. Cook wanted to sell me a pizza. Said he hadn't had time to make slices. Well gee, don't slices come from... a large pizza ? He then begrudgingly agreed to make slices. I waited for 10 minutes while he put pop in the cooler, set out toppings in the work station, folded some boxes, and generally avoided making or cooking a slice pie. So after 10 minutes of seeing no progress or even attempt, I left hungry and went to Subway down the street where they were happy to serve me and take 12 dollars of my money, a tad more than twice what I would have spent on a slice and pop at Free...

Free Toppings Pizza NEWCASTLE Location I’ve been getting pizza here for a few months when in the area and it’s absolutely great pizza. This location is very close to the Diane Hamre Community Complex. The pizza is easy to warm up in the toaster oven as well for left overs. The crust is fluffy and the ingredients are fresh. I catered a party from here yesterday and ordered 15 XLG pizzas. The owner is so easy to work with and made the entire process easy. Every time in store the customer service has been excellent.
