Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Clarington

I can honestly say that this location gets my order wrong more then they get it correct. It happens so often that I start check my order before leaving. I ordered a fare size order 2 days ago ($32.68) and it was again no bacon on my grilled cheese melts and one if the 4 hash browns missing. I guess they get offended when you call them on it. Somehow it became my fault. This is only one of many orders they fo not get correct but they never forget to charge me for the bacon they never gave me. The best was today when I ordered just a grilled cheese melts with no bacon and the same girl as 2 says ago must of remembered me because I thought it's only a grilled cheese with no bacon they could not get it wrong but when I went home to give ti granddaughter before school when she opened it the girl did not even mrlr the cheese. Honestly I know it gets busy and mo one is perfect but I have had my orders wrong at the least 12 or 13 time. I try to call but if they answer the phone most times they don't but when they do they do not recognize that it is their fault and respond with " are you sure you didn't make the mistake when placing the order". I've yet to see them take responsibility for any if their mistakes well it happens so often make me wonder if it is a mistake or done inspite of me complaining. Anyhow if you were smart double check your order before leaving g their property. I have yet to be reimbursed gir any of their mistakes on my order. I have had orders that were wrong at other locations and with no backlash I was reimbursed for what they made a mistake on and even offered something extra for the inconvenience. Even though i live down the street from this Timmy's, i usually goto the King/Townline or Bloor/Ritson locations to get my coffee. This location - Bloor/Townline - has, by far, the slowest drive-thru service I've ever experienced - even when they're not busy! They have a 2 lane drive-thru and if there's 1 car at both speakers when you pull up, expect to wait 10 minutes to order and then 5-10 minutes to pay and receive your order (yes, even if its just a coffee or 2). I also expect that the employees do their jobs properly as they take your order. Only saying "Hi," isn't what they were trained to do - I would forgive this ONLY if they were really busy but, if im the only customer, saying "Welcome to Tim Hortons! What can I get for you?" Or "Hi. What can I get for you?" is what I expect to hear because it sounds professional and is what they were trained to say. Management needs to step in and audit the performance of their employees and come up with a plan to significantly reduce drive-thru wait times. Maybe try a collaborative effort with another location (Bloor/Ritson is pretty fast) where you swap employees for X amount of time. This will help train them to provide...

This place is run by children. Seldom see an actual adult. Orders are consistently wrong day in and out. Last time I was there I commented that 15 mins waiting in a drive thru for 2 iced coffees was a bit much. I wasn’t rude but just wanted to let them know. I then watched as the drive thru window girl went to her co-worker to reiterate what I said and the co worker said loud enough for me to hear that if I didn’t like it I should make my own fn iced coffee then. LOL she actually did me a favor as I then went home and started making my own iced coffees! Quite frankly they are better and I used kicking horse coffee! Tim hortons really needs to manage these kids. Maybe they could pay better and actual adults would apply for the job. I’m done with this location. I haven’t seen much better service at other locations either. It seems to be the standard. I wish I could say the service was mediocre at best but that would be giving them too much praise.
