Avoid at all costs!!!!!
I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 sausage breakfast sandwiches with cheese on the side “because the sausage melts the cheese and my special needs son won’t eat it like that.” I literally said that when ordering. I paid with an app coupon for 2 for $6 which was activated and applied to the order.
I got home and there was no sausage on either sandwich.
I drove all the way back and waited in the long drive thru line up again (I have my dog so I couldn’t go inside).
The manager comes over the PA and tells me that I’ll have to pay for sausages as I didn’t order sausage on them. I pull up to the window. Not only do I realize that in the rush back to my car I left my wallet and have no way to pay for the sausages, sausage sandwiches are INCLUDED in the 2 for $6 coupon that I used!!!
I explain at the window that I have no way to pay. The manager tells me that I’ll have to come back then and tries to make me leave. I say, no you messed up my order and I just want it fixed and I won’t leave until it is.
She says, “okay, I’ll have to call the police then.” And she shuts the window and leaves me there for 5 minutes!!!!
During that time I dug through the seats and on the floor and found some dirty change to try to pay for the items that I already paid for.
Eventually a young girl opens up and says it’s $2.75 if I have it. I pay her and then I STILL have to wait as they hadn’t been making my food yet.
When a closer location opened up on Bloor street, I remained faithful to this location, I come here multiple times a day. I cannot believe I was treated this way. I thought they would be apologetic and offer me something for my time and gas to go back and forth instead of rob me of $3 that I already paid and threaten to call the police on me.
This is not okay. Avoid...
Read moreI am utterly disappointed with this location. I have been going there for about 10 years. For the past year or so, there is a caucasian girl there I'd say in her mid 20s to early 30s who seems all peppy and all... until she decides to play favourites with her customers. My husband and I go there every single day. For about 6 months now, every time we go through the drive thru and he's with me, I get totally ignored most of the time, she is talking to me, the driver next her, or least that's what she is supposed to do, but instead she has befriended with my hubby over the past couple visits, which I have aboslutely no problem with.. until I am being ignored almost completely while I am the one making the order and paying for it, I am driving always and my complaint actually is about this morning when I was by myself. It had been a couple times I found that she was rude but this morning it was beyond acceptance. She literally took the debit machine from me in an agressive manner and also she almost threw the cup of coffee at me, feeling like she so wanted to get rid of me right away.
This is completely unacceptable, this location has had many issues I have been witnessed to but this tops it off for me. We go there helping paying damn salary lady, we dont need you to be rude to us especially to me. All I have ever done is smile at you and be nice. Your playing favourites with customers... At a Timmies drive thru window. That's pretty low in my book.
Needless to say, you have lost us as customers. This was the one bit that did it way too...
Read moreIt pains me to give a single star review, I don't usually leave reviews at all unfortunately unless I've had a negative experience. I don't know if I have a case of Stockholm's syndrome, but this Tim Hortons (as well as the one that is geographically closest to it on Townline Rd) do not seem to know how to get an order right.
A month ago, I ordered my meal for pickup using the mobile app at a busy time in the morning, thinking I would give them a 10 to 15 minute head start on my meal. When I sat in drive-through for about 10 or 15 minutes, they are absolutely shocked that I have arrived, and they hadn't started making my food yet. I was instructed to park my vehicle, and it was brought out to me 15 minutes later. We are talking about 45 minutes to get a few breakfast sandwhiches and a couple of coffees.
Last weekend, I took my kids and ordered three combos. Low and behold, we get home, and the potato wedges are missing. We paid full price and only received a fraction of the food.
This evening, I went through drive-through again with a complex order of an extra large coffee the way I like it, two bacon cheese melts sandwhiches, and two crispy chicken sandwhiches. I get home, low and behold... there is no bacon. I did pay for the bacon.
I am questioning whether part of their new cost-cutting strategy of increasing the prices and shrinking the portions also involves charging customers for food and then not...
