When the current renters took over this business ,it was very good with polite and friendly service both at the drive thru and in the store. Things have gone down hill slowly since then,definitely not too friendly any more (mainly the proprietors) hired part time help try their best given the circumstances. If I could put no stars, I would this is the third time I’ve gone to get donuts and muffins from this coffee shop. The last two times I got them home they were stale, hard , the cream is sour in the eclair . Bad food, three orders all messed up today. Western only had 1 piece of bacon on the whole sandwich... my cream cheese bagel was cross contaminated with ketchup.... French onion soup was filled with soggy bread and at the bottom of the soup was a full solid piece of processed cheese not melted... and a BLT asked for extra mayo. The sandwich was completely dry and only half a tomato and 2 wilted slices of lettuce.... definitely won't go back...
