Don't know where to Start as I generally don't complain, but due to the response at the restaurant I feel I must. So myself and my wife arrived and we were told to sit anywhere we wanted,so we did. After sitting for a good 5 minutes, and 4 waitresses walking past us, my wife called to a waitress for a menu, at last..... We ordered drinks and drinks arrived wrong - fare enough we all make mistakes and I must mention the waitress was nice. So I ordered a hot roast beef sandwich and my wife a hot turkey sandwich, and by the way the coffee was cold and Pepsi was water with colour in it. Meal came and looked delicious, but once I started on the beef it resembled leather, even with the steak knife...... Turkey was cold but eatable. I ended up stacking the beef to one side and eat the bread and gravy along with the Costco fries - boring but I was hungry. So now time to pay and explained my issue with the beef and the waitress said she would notify the kitchen.... She then came with the debit machine and advised us the beef was just in and cooked and she did not have control over the quality of the beef lol................ We paid the FULL AMOUNT for the disgusting meal and even tipped her, and not even a sorry or an attempt to satisfy our experience. Being the type that does not cause a scene we left and have decided never to return to this place again. I even messaged them when I left and it says they will get back within 1hr and have heard nothing. Well that's ok as I have already told 5 couples not to bother going there as the management have obviously programmed staff to not care, so the $13.99 beef will cost them more in word of mouth negative advertising from us. A simple apology, and at minimum don't charge me for the gravy would of fixed this situation but I'm not holding my breath, we will just go elsewhere and continue advising friends and family not to waste there money at this...

I was at this Restuarant on August 21, 2021. First our waitress was amazing ( older woman who was newer and checked on things for us).We were there celebrating my daughter's birthday and because they arevegsn I called and asked about food. I was yold on the phone -no problem, girl on phone was also vegan, going on to tell me about this breakfast -vegan sausages, grilled or bake assortment of vegetables, grilled in canola oil or vegan marg. Potatoes with onion, toast woth vegan marg. Sounded good right.My daughterwent on and on their site so wraps .A before not making anymore wrap. My problem was the did not have any of these things not even marg.They served they the vegan hamburger patties as sauage pstyies and over charged us for deep fried shredded potatoes that were tiny pieces and like pototoe chips .When I cslled to talkto owner she said Take her number I will call back later but she never did and so I called again but nothing. Don't advertise something...

Every single time my husband and I come here we order egg Bennie and it comes out different, but not in a good way. Zero consistency. The hollandaise sauce was white (not yellow), it was so runny and about a 3 cups poured on top of the eggs it soaked up my “home fries” (a couple potatoes wedges, not actually home fries). The coffee is weak and watered down. We ordered a side of bacon and got 3 tiny shrivelled up pieces of low quality bacon. We ate what we could because we were so hungry when we got there. We didn’t feel comfortable complaining to our waitress because 1. Who would even deliver the food looking like that, clearly they didn’t see a problem and 2. The place is so tiny everyone dining it would hear and we saved ourselves the embarrassment, paid out $50 bill for two and left. We will never go back and absolutely no not recommend....
